To send HDMI to monitor the CDM (Mini-DisplayPort), you'll need a converter and wiring.
HDMI Converter DP ($114,99)
HDMI to HDMI cable
DP to CDM cable

Output HDMI--> HDMI to HDMI Cable--> HDMI in DP--> DP converter to the CDM cable--> monitor CDM in

You will need to check with the Xbox Forum first to see how / if it will work.
