Update for HOURS tried my creative cloud.
No matter how long it has been, my update of cloud remains at 0%. Is there a reason for this and what I can do? I need to do some homework.
Could you please stop all the Adobe of Activity Monitor process / task manager and try the update again.

Please try following steps
Mac t/s
(1) close adobe every process in activity monitor (creative cloud sync Core CC library, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to next support/adobe application and delete Slstore and slcache.
4) go to ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and delete the opm.db
(5) navigate to/etc and open hosts file. Check if it has entries from adobe. If any amount of the fine, if yes replace the hosts file with a new file hosts without adobe entries
(6) launch cc app and it should work properly
Windows
(1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click on the Security tab, click on edit and select current user, that you are connected to, select full control, click on apply and then ok)
C: / / program data (to view hidden files to see this folder)
C: / / program files 86 x files / common
C: / / program files x 86.
C: / / program files common files
C: //program files.
(3) rename SLstore to Slstore.old to the following location c: / / program data / Adobe /.
(4) rename SLcache in Slcache.old in the location C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe more
4) navigate to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/oobe and rename Opm.db to opm.old
5) navigate to c: / / windows/system32/drivers/etc/and the hosts file opened in Notepad. IF you see an entry from Adobe it please replace this hosts file with a new hosts file that doesn't have any input from adobe. If there is no entry permit Adobe the hosts file, as it is.
(6) run cc app and sign in.

Continues to run 'check updates' for hours

Someone at - he found a solution to this problem. I was not able to load the updates since June - like Omer Levy he just continues to run 'check updates' for hours but nothing happens... can someone give a reasonable way to sort it, you can.

If he has problems with the update or the permissions then simpler is to download the full version and trash the version currently installed to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the file on the desktop disk image (dmg)

- Trash the present application Firefox to do a clean (re-) install
- Install the new version you downloaded
Your profile data is stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you will not lose your bookmarks and other personal data if you uninstall and (re) install Firefox.

Can not update 2.1.1.110 - Creative Cloud Updater
Hey there,
I'm trying to update my creative cloud updates worm 2.1.1.110. It happens about 50% update then the CC window opens again, saying: I need the same NVA updated again. I go to Applications, uninstall Adobe CC (I use a desktop Mac), but it won't let me uninstall it.
I get a warning saying "unable to désinstaller CC for desktop computer. CC the applications installed on your computer require to operate properly"
I have at least 4 apps which need up-to-date and cannot skip this step to access the new window to update my applications.

"Update of the Office of creative cloud" hung - now what that?
Was invited this morning to day Creative Cloud desktop application (Windows 7). Agreed and waited, then, when you are prompted, allowed installation to run as administrator. The green progress bar has been cut to almost done for about 30 minutes. I tried to close all other running programs obvious without success. When I started the update, Google Chrome was opened as well as a few local applications.
Can I safely kill the "Adobe Installer" program with the Windows Task Manager and then install the application for the new copy of the file CreativeCloudSup - Up.exe I downloaded this morning? I have to restart the computer before installation?
Edited to add the following:
No other Adobe applications (for example, PS, LR, Reader) were when I started the update.

When I tried to kill the installed via the Windows Task Manager, I was told that the program was waiting for input from me, but there was no prompt so I killed the process without mercy. When I tried to uninstall the application, I was told that another copy of it was somewhere in memory. So I rebooted, uninstalled the app, installed again from files of "CreativeCloudSet_up.exe" this morning, connected to my Adobe account, and all seems well.
No was not delighted by the experience but, Hey, it's working now.
