  To solve the #2, #3 or #1 and #2 and #3:

  Personal data backup (which none should be considered 100% reliable at this point) then format the HARD disk and do a clean install of Windows.  Please note that a repair installation (upgrade AKA on-site) will NOT fix it!

  NB: No matter what Norton or McAfee free trial which is preinstalled on the computer when you bought will be reinstalled (but invalid) when Windows is reinstalled. You MUST uninstall the trial for free and download/run the appropriate removal tool before installing updates, Service Packs, Windows or the IE upgrades and before installing your new anti-virus application.

  I know there is already a post on this topic, but this problem requires immediate attention.  Received an email this morning telling me there was an update of software available.  Plugged into the Desktop Manager and installed.  Went well until that right after the restart.  A frozen everything in closing the restart and from the restoration.  Now, all my data disappeared from my phone, I have no e-mail capabilities, no internet access, etc.  Now when I plug in the Office Manager he's just here saying that it connects to the phone, so now I can't even use a restore point to just run.  Right now I have a phone that has nothing of my data and can only make calls and send texts... might as well have a nokia from the old school!  I use this phone every day to work.  I need to work and so far no feedback of any type for a solution.  And of course you can not contact Blackberry via phone or chat to get help, who don't pee at all!  Between my phone freezing and having need of a hard reboot every day or so for the past month and now the matter today, I'm ready to think about Android.  That I hate because I love my blackberry.  Did someone's Blackberry out there listen to/read such things?  Need to get this fixed fast number.  Help, please!

  Sorry for the mixture to the top. It is under the common files, reasearch of movement, RIMdevice manager or AppLoader (I don't remember which folder). Anyway it must single .exe file and it is one that should be deleted. There is not any other .exe files in another folder. After that, I was able to connect to the Desktop Manager.   I think you need to look at the App ID (beam IDs) version 1 and version 2 use.

  The error message, I think that version 1 uses "au.com.irismagazine.teaser", but your new version is probably not the same.

  It is probably the root of the problem here, as you update the Viewer. Using the same ID is essential for the process so that version 2 is recognized as an update.

  I had a virus on my computer and I rebooted just my Dell Dimension 9200 from scratch with Window Vista.  Everything worked fine until I went to Windows Update and installed updates.  Now, I don't see any of my CD ROM drives listed.  When I go to Device Manager it shows CDROM drives (2 of them), but it is said that they cannot be used because the information in the registry is damaged or missing.  I tried to restore the computer to a restore point before installing the updates, I did, but the system restore no longer works.

  After wringing my hands and trying to find and install the drivers without success, I have completely reformatted (AGAIN) and reinstall Vista reinstalled the printer Dell discs (AGAIN) and he did exactly the thing again.   This machine has no new material and ran Vista successfully for about a year before the virus got it.
