  Just a thought is that I'm on vacation and I bought LR6 (license no CC) in the United Kingdom. That's why perhaps recognize that I'm not in the United Kingdom a blocking the update?

  Hi Conrad, looks like you had installed creative cloud at one time or another, but is has not been uninstalled correctly/completely. Lightroom can be serialized on two cases (How to convert a trial of Lightroom Lightroom 6 CC) - if it was installed through a creative cloud trial or with the installer standalone that Tanuj related.

• After the updated LR6.3 import from a folder of 'control' no longer works

  Using LR6.3 on a Mac with 10.11.2 (ElCaptain) with no. LightroomCC installed or activated - and I don't want too!

  Prior to joining LR6.3, I downloaded all of my iPhone photos to a special folder that I have LR watch - and then whatever it is in this folder import into lightroom (sorry to be German and too lazy to understand the terminology correct LR for that now).

  Now, I found that LR has ceased to import my files - without changing me anything - updated only at last LR6.3

  I tried reactivate the function - but nothing happens - LR6.3 refuses to import all files in the folder.

  I install the update on a 64-bit of WIndows 10 computer. I installed updates several times in the past with no problems.

  Message indicates also that I should check the available space and to write to the destination folder. I have a lot of hard disk space and have full write privileges.

  Thank you all for your attempts to help. I found the problem. We recently moved to retire and have a pretty slow DSL internet provider. It turns out that even if the entire .exe file seems to have downloaded, it turns out that the file has been corrupted by bad internet connection. It's why some files are not from. The error message was unfortunately worded such that it did not seem to point to such a problem (implicit low disk space or a mistake to privilege admin).

  I solved using my Verizon service of my mobile phone as a hotspot and downloaded on my computer via my phone. Everything was installed normally after that.

  Appreciate attempts to help them.

• LR6 update downloaded, but stays to 6.0

  I have LR 6.0 on my Mac and used to check for updates. It returns a new update, it is then downloaded. LR6 restarts, it's always to version 6.0. I rebooted several times and run Adobe Application Manager, but it's still just 6.0. Now when I check the updates, it hangs just updater (I have to force enough after about 15 minutes).

  What should I do next? I missed a step initially? It IE should not automatically update update LR6 or was there something more, that I should have done?
