  I've updated to version 2014.2 muse (October 6), continued enforcement now close without notice... what should I do?

  Rename the file 2014.2, found in:

  Mac: "~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Adobe Muse CC" (copy / paste everything including the tilde ~, but not the quotes, in the go > dialog go to the folder in the Finder)

  Windows: "%appdata%/Adobe/Adobe MuseCC" (copy and paste everything, including the symbols of percentage but not the quotation marks in a file Explorer window)

  and then run it again.

  If it works, we you would be grateful is you send us the file renamed to [email protected] (with a link to this topic to the context) so we can determine the root cause of the problem. Thank you.

• I received another request for update of Adobe Muse 2014.3. Is this a legitimate update?

  I installed the update of muse 2014.3 original adobe 20 days ago. This morning (06/03/2015), I had another notification of a Muse 2014.3 update version. Is this a legitimate update. I got it on both my home computers and work. I am reluctant to download. I know a company that did a download from Adobe that has completely messed up their system.

  As I am updating Muse CC from 2014.2 to 2014.3 on my Mac, 69% at the end, I get this error message:

  It is strange that I can't uninstall the Muse and Muse uninstall the module is no longer available on my Mac. Call her "uninstall Adobe Muse CC 2014" alias just indicates that the original item cannot be found.

  If please remove the installed version of Muse by moving to the trash then open CC app, install directly from CC app.

  I've updated of CC of Muse to Muse 2014 as part of the creative cloud. However, I'm now a validation error when I try to download the site via ftp. I checked all the fields. Any ideas?

• Update the 2014.3 muse has a UI that is oversized.

  The bug on Adobe's user interface scaling made its reappearance, this time with Muse (as with previous versions of PS, AI and ID entered).  See screen capture which makes my HD 22 '' look like an old 12 "monitor (see stuck at half resolution below).

  I don't see anyone else with this issue ad, but I don't know that it's just a matter of time. Any suggestions? I have to go back to the Windows environment settings? I put it to = 1 to solve one of the other applications later.

  

  Looks like your Win machine is configured to run at 125% of the scale (or about), is - that correct? Or you have multiple monitors with different native resolutions, engaged in defining the "resolution to rule them all"?

  Previous versions of Muse would ignore the scale factor of 125% and work 100%.

  The new version of Muse (2014.3) does not support clocked at 125%, but can roll 150% and 200% scale factors. Muse 2014.3 chooses to turn to 150% in this case. Many people with visual disabilities or problems of deformation eye 150% is a better choice than to stay at 100%, but we understand that it may be better for everyone. 150% the sliders will be either oversized that you describe (using the slider work x 2), but everything else will be shot crisply across 150%.

  In the short term, we can add support for a substitution of variable environment similar to this that InDesign and Illustrator used (see the Application UI too large |) Windows). Who would solve the problem for you?

  A question, it would be better for you if Muse, InDesign and Illustrator everything obeys the same variable substitution of the environment, or would it be preferable if Muse used another? Now that ID and AI have exposed a user interface definition preference user scaling (see InDesign below), perhaps would be better if Muse uses a different to avoid environment variable substitute it the preference of the user in AI and ID.

  Please see the next page for system requirements. 32-bit systems are no longer supported with Adobe Muse CC 2014 and later versions.

• Help! Muse 2014.3 crashes when I try to record my .muse file

  I have the latest version of Muse [2014.3] since the update, that the application crashes repeatedly at the slightest "provocation."

  I'm building a site of several Web pages for a client and brought the last house file [I'd worked on at my desk]. One or two of the necessary image files updated, I did. When I tried to save the updated file I got [and get] a fatal error.

  Reads the error message: "Dangling Ref or the property: BoxPageItem means unknown UID, BoxPageItem means unknown UID, BoxPageItem refers to unknown UID '.

  Then, the application crashes and I have to force quit. This is the case on several occasions and the dialogue says nothing about how to fix those errors [3 error image perhaps, given that the current crashes happen after update images?]. I am in a serious time crunch now, hHow can I recover my file to continue working on this project and what is the cause of the problem? Someone help me?

  Hi Fabia,

  I think that I fixed it over the weekend. But, interestingly, my problem was too much the images inside the compositions.

  I did something similar to you, where I'm not Muse to date when the file opens, [which caused the crash of the]. Instead, I find the images in the active panel, open in Photoshop and re-recorded the. Then I imported and saved after each of them. It seemed to work.

  For me, "container" has apparently been OK, I had the background fill together against zero anyway, so motivated that there could be a problem with one of the seven images [seven in my case, but which, or maybe all?]. Since then, I was able to add content and save normally and this morning, I was able to allow the customer to see the progress of the site, as promised.

  Please team MUSE, I need your help.

  MUSE never before failed for me... just after the update of 2014.3, it crashes when I try to SAVE or SAVE as... it freezes and I have to FORCE QUIT of MUSE.

  This site is already LIVE and need to make a few updates for today... I sent to muse-support@adobe.com attach the screenshot and the MUSE FILE.

  Their response is not clear... I don't know if they're going to do something or I need to do something in addition to what I sent... Please, I have a compromise with my client and I feel totally supported by you.

• Muse 2014.3 - why Adobe remain silent?

  It turns out that I am one of many people complain about Muse, 2014.3 was last updated.

  It is slow, full of bugs, update Active invariably the application breaks down, and even simple things like change the titles of the pages in outline view are in 10-15 seconds per change, is ridiculous.

  Why Adobe respond to none of these complaints on the forum?    You not realize we pay for a product that we can barely use and makes our lives almost impossible job?

  ANSWERS PLEASE ADOBE AND PREFERABLY A GRAVE DIFFICULTY OF BUG OR THE LATEST VERSION OF BACK...
