  You can create a preset of the change you made, and then you can install the Lightroom preset that is installed on another machine.

  I guess it depends on what version of Lightroom you have.

  Under Lightroom 5 and earlier versions, there is no problem.

  Under Lightroom 6 or Lightroom CC 2015, you should disable a facility (on the computer crashed), you should be able to talk to the people at Adobe Live Chat and ask them to take care of it.

  I bought Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 in July 2014 and recently had a major incident with my PC (burnt motherboard and hard drive failure). Accordingly, I changed my computer for Mac and I was wondering if I can still use the 5 Lightroom, I bought and install it on my Mac (i.e. use the serial number, quoted in the received email to Adobe with ordering products).

  Check your Adobe account online to confirm if you use the serial number correct or not (toquickly find your serial number)... If you have registered the product serial number should be there.  If you determine that the serial number is correct then contact Adobe support using cat when they are available to get their help to solve the problem.

  It is possible that you downloaded the demo of creative cloud of Lightroom. The perpetual license key will not work. Uninstall the version on the second computer, it doesn't bother your catalog, preferences and personal files.

  Download the appropriate version from the link below and install them, your license key is accepted and everything will be fine.

  Made of total uninstall of 15.1 Firefox on another computer that is running windows vista 64, I went back and double checked everything to try and make this system was clean. Also went in the system and verified before installing Firefox 16.1 I download on Mozilla. After installation, check to see if 16.1 has been installed and saw the box showing restart to update. So I did, and still the same sign was there. Fact 3 installs since then and all the same. Checked online to issue printed out of a lot of help but still have the same problem. It is the same problem that I had with 15.1, but not with 15. Where should I go now? ideas.
