  Whenever Windows is updating the Web site analytics and install updates or patches, it is stored on the location below.
  %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\Download

  According to different folders of updates is created on the above location.

  To clear the contents of the folder c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution, try the commands on the command line below.

  net stop wuauserv
  rmdir /q /s %windir%\SoftwareDistribution
  net start wuauserv
  output

  Thanks for the reply. With your steps and the steps of another thread (Re: Business Catalyst extension works do not since the upgrade) I now work (I think that delete the files from the library made the difference).

  However, I guess the add-on of the BC has not been updated to work with the new rendering engine yet, because it does not produce the new (or old) module named parameters... I hope that BC will solve this soon if we can start developing sites with DW.

  The last thing installed on windows update is Windows Update Agent 7.6.7600.320, but it seems to have installed correctly.  I tried a lot of different things in the forums, but nothing works.  Please notify.  Thank you.

  Just found the solution.  I needed to update my version of Internet Explorer.  I used 8 and just updated to 11.  Problem solved.  Updates work again.

  Please help, out of nowhere on my screen - background, all icons, all graphics (including the Explorer and other programs) have become rough and pixelated and seem very low qualty even if my display is set to the highest resolution management settings and color. I've not been able to find a way to restore and have no idea why it is doing this in the first place. It's really bothering me, it's hard to read (text appears fuzzy and broken up, not smooth and sharp, icons have white or another pixelation around them and do not have the 'look of glass'.) I was wondering if one of the old games my children changed my settings somewhere but I've lived every control panel I find and have not been able to correct the problem.  Even the buttons (back, forward, refresh, etc.) in Explorer have bad pixelation.   I would also update the drivers, firmware or software for your monitor at the same time.  Also, if you have another monitor, swap them to see if the problem goes away or moves - then we can pretty much reduce the question to the screen and not the video card (and if the updated drivers do not resolve this problem, then it's a hardware problem and you can either take a workshop of computer service repair or simply a replacement of purchase screen.)

  Have you tried to download an attachment after you turn off your antivirus?
  I had a problem in the past where the system was performed at Trend Micro Internet Security and Web content filtering (I think that's what it was called) was preventing attachments from download.
  I would like to know what are your results!
