  First of all, make sure that you update your Panel. See the ad at the top of the page of the forum for the links. Then, after you update your Panel, remove all items with spinning wheels and re-create them.

  Yes, you should. Gold support will have forums for that, so in case you have case Publishing failed under publish applications, engineering allows to track the root cause of the problem. Just cross check what identifiers are those who have had multiple instances of this in the last days and contact Gold support with the details.

  Use the same producer of Folio account (id title in DPS App Builder) to publish the folios as 'Public '. When you do this, the sheets will be available in your application. For any question of paid, you need to also create in-app purchases and use the same product as the folio id.

  I am setting up numbers before our multi-folio application will live in a few weeks (my first foray into Adobe DPS). Certain sections of my folios are very large in size due to the large PNG status slide shows (about 25 MB for each article) object. These items are now causing Adobe Content Viewer (ACV) to plant, since the app has been updated to accommodate the v26 versions. I tried to create identical sheets with v25, v26 tools and they both crash when reading the articles large.

  ACV is not crushed when reading the exact same folios/articles before the app updated to accommodate the v26 tools. I test on an iPad 1. I'll be able to test on an iPad 2 and iPad 3 in the coming days. The same type of folios/items do not stroke cause crashing on android before or after the update.

  My question is... does ACV crashing average that my app real multi-folio is guaranteed to hang when it goes live in a couple of weeks? Or is this a bug in LCA that didn't exist in my app real multi-folio?

  LCA and the custom Viewer are the same. If you are having problems with the STROKE you will have the same problems with your custom application. This isn't a bug in the software, this is the app to run out of memory due to the complexity of your pages. iPads are not as powerful as desktop computers. If you design with slideshows full PNG articles pages with several States you wind upward with problems of memory. You need to rethink your page design to simplify the number of assets that you have.

  Unfortunately, there is not a way to trigger, through JavaScript, a query for the web control is used update the height of the actual page of the HTML content. If you have very long pages, you can see the bug you mention, because it takes too long for the operating system to display the page and when we ask the web control to the height of the content, it has not yet finished and we get a wrong number.

  You will need to call tech support and have them increase the version number for you. We have some support products support the people here as well, I'll change the title of your post a bit more obvious, and I hope that they will see.

  Content (on ios) Viewer indeed find the update of the article and I would like to upload, but once I open my folio, it shows me an older version (since indesign preview works correctly).

  It seems that the content viewer is not clear memory cache after the update of an article, or better, it will be clear cache only if I'm going to re - open and close (from the bottom bar).

  Is there no work around to avoid closing the application at any time?

  The response I posted in the other thread is accurate. There is nothing we can do here, iOS is caching the content on us and we cannot force them to give us the latest version.

  I had to rebuild my entire Folio since it has been deleted somehow by the producer of Folio. Which is quite annoying - I - I waited too long since the last time I edited it? Was it in the updated online? Because I improved the Builder Version? I have no idea. But I digress...

  I need a PDF rendering because my paper is mostly text and vector. I have create a version 1024 x 768 and it is always great on Retina display.

  When I rebuilt, I inadvertently left the Format as a parameter by default instead of PDF, thinking it was what I did the previous time, and it worked very well. There is no default in PDF format, it is lacking in PNG. Now, I can't seem to find a way to do this anywhere, in the manufacturer or the producer. The only way I can see to do this is to delete all my articles and start again, including all my descriptions, kickers, bylines and thumbnails. And because I have hypertext links, I have to keep the names of the articles right in my report builder. There is a lot of room for mistakes.
