  Depending on my device, the message has been received using the email as needed update account and has been in my Inbox and came from "[email protected]."

  The opening of the list of applications in the desktop software, it shows only three applications: Bloss (Status: mandatory); Bloss One Click (Status: mandatory); and Google Sync (Status: installed).

  You certainly have applications that run in the background, maps, an active web browser page or something of the sort.

  Also, make sure that you have disabled memory Cleaner (Options > Security > garbage collection). You don't need it.

  To avoid a freezing response development or late / slow on any BlackBerry, most important practice that you can adopt is to ensure applications CLOSE when you are finished using them.

  If you simply press the Red "end call" key to return to the home screen application is actually open and running in the background. If you do this several times, you will have many apps open and therefore your memory will get used. Lack of memory is the main reason for your BlackBerry slows to a crawl or crashes. If you make a habit of actually use the menu button to close the applications that will at least slow this process memory-clogging.   If you encounter errors in your calendar or address book on your BlackBerry and you want to delete the entire address book (or calendar) base on your BlackBerry, follow the instructions below. Make sure that you have a good copy of your calendar or Contacts, because this procedure will delete all the calendar entries or entries from the address book on your BlackBerry.

  1. open the Desktop Manager on your PC.

  2. open Backup/Restore > advanced.
