  When I open the Photoshop Elements program, I get the same information every time update. I tried the install now and install on the output. I gave permission to make my computer accept updates.  Updates are displayed in complete form everytime and I rebooted the computer, but yet I still get the same updates when you open the program.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  In the meantime, you can install the updates by using this link:- updates to Photoshop Elements and Camera Raw

  If a problem persists, try to install the other user account with Admin rights

  In my case, I was able to update without this message when the update has been published. Later, I upgraded to Windows 10, installed PSE14 and uninstalled PSE13. I have reinstall PSE13 some time after and now I can't update to 13.1... Not a big deal for me, but the issue is not resolved.

  No, you pushed PES 11 up to the limit. You could move on to PSE 13, or you can download the free adobe dng converter and use it to make the DNG files that your version of ACR can understand.

It is after that I had to contact the useless chat line for my old computer broke off because of Adobes garbage policy you can disable only since the original computer, even if its scrap and you can not. Worst company ever so far and a huge waste of time.

  If this does not work, try this:

  1. 1 update of Adobe Application Manager from the following link:

  Still trying to get Photoshop Elements installed and works on my desktop. Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit is the operating system.

  Finally managed to install & managed to make it appear the editor signing in with my Adobe ID (several times before, during the days NOT worked)

  Now, I have a new problem. When I try to update the 12.1 software, I get the above error. No information on the cause.

  Hi all

  This last update ACR to Photoshop elements 13 seems to be published 8.7.1 in December.

  In the meantime the ACR 8.8 and ACR 9.0 were released, but obviously not for Photoshop Elements.

  Anyone have any idea if there will be more updates on day of ACR for PSE or not?

Now I have a new computer with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit operating system.  I installed both programs, but when I try to update I get a message saying "the update server is not responding.  The server may be temporarily offline or the internet parameter or a firewall may be incorrect.  Please try again later. "I tried several times with the same result.  I tried two programs uninstall and re - install, but still get the same message.  What should I do to be able to update these programs in order to set up and use? Information with the said programs that they both work under Windows XP and 7.

  I have a desktop computer and a laptop.  Previously I installed Photoshop elements 7 on my desktop and then improved to 10 items for download.  I would now like to spend 10 to 11 items on my desktop and my laptop.  My questions are the following: 1 - how to move to 11 items on my desktop?  2 - can also, I installed 11 items on my laptop for free using the same license as the one used on my desktop?  3. since I assumed I'd need my ID program for an upgrade, how can I get my program ID number?  Thank you very much for your help.  Lawrence Ruggiero.

  Yes, you can install 11 PES on both systems. If you buy an upgrade, al lyou need is the serial number of the latest version previous qualification, which means 10 PSE. In addition no involved Hocuspocus.
