  So, I downloaded CS6 design and web premium trial using the PDF reader. I downloaded from a different drive. Problem is that when I try to read a pdf file of the trial version blocking it.   You shouldn't have CS6 to read a PDF file.  Adobe Reader should suffice for that.  What about uninstallation is you should be able to select the individual application for removal, no matter what it is.

I tried installing on another computer using Windows 7 without any problem, so I tend to believe that the problem is with Windows 7 on my machine. I recently had to do a clean install of the original operating system (Vista) and then to reload my upgrade to Windows 7. I tried to close all programs, including my Microsoft Security Suite and reinstall with the same result. I also tried to rename the Files\Common\Adobe\OOBE to OOBE.bak and resettlement program. I got the same result. I checked the logs of the fatal errors and did not. Any suggestions on how to fix this?   Yes, you must uninstall and reinstall.  Try to use the cleanup tool to uninstall it in order to ensure that the stage is set for a correct installation (I have not used it myself, so I can't say much on this subject).
