  Hello, I have a 13 inch Macbook Pro, bought in early 2012. I've never updated before until today when I updated to El Capitan. Now, Safari does not. Just, it isn't really access all Web sites (it does from time to time but stall and take forever to load it all) and says that Safari does not and so I have to force quit. I tried to remove all of the plug-ins and extensions, but that didn't fix it. I also just installed the update and that it did not set or the other. I don't know what to do. Chrome works very well.   Please read this message before doing anything.

  This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

  Step 1

  The goal of this step is to determine if the problem is localized to your user account.

  Select the feedback connections* and log in as a guest. Do not use the Safari connection only 'user comments' created by 'find my Mac '.

  While signed in as a guest, you will have access to your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you use them for the first time. Do not be alarmed by this behavior; It's normal. If you need any password or other personal information in order to complete the test, save, print, or write them before you start.

  Test while signed in as a guest. Same problem?

  After testing, log on to the guest account and in your own account, disable it if you wish. The files that you created in the guest account will be automatically deleted when you log out of it.

  * Note: If you have enabled 'find my Mac' or FileVault, then you cannot activate the guest account. The login 'User comments' created by 'Find my Mac' is not the same. Create a new account to test and delete it, including his home folder, after testing.

  Step 2

  The goal of this step is to determine if the problem is caused by changes in the system of third party that load automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

  Please take this step regardless of the results of step 1.

  Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

  Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

  Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

  The login screen is displayed even if you normally connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

  Test in safe mode. Same problem?

  After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of steps 1 and 2.

  To sum up, long story short:

  (Windows 10) If your CC (updated June 2015) crash at startup applications, try the following:

  -Beginning of the apps as a new windows user

  -Clear preferences (move the desktop preferences file)

  -Remove the old versions of the software

  -Run cccleaner or similar to clean your system and registry

  -Remove the codecs of scripts/plugins/3rdparty

  If none of the above works

  -Use the cleaning of Adobe and all Adobe tool and manually get the files of Adobe (use the creative cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems) and then reinstall Adobe CC suite.

  If it hangs still, sorry, but:

  -Reinstall windows (clean install) and whole suite Adobe CC.

  It worked for me. But even with a facility clean, I always have problems with start-up (gel), but then it works.
  We will see with the next update, I hope I didn't format it again!

  UPDATE:

  I also discovered something I haven't tried before formatting and may have solved the problem.

  As someone said on another post, as I had the GDIPP module for font smoothing.
  Deleting GDIPP solved the problem for another user.

  We have auto silent for flash updates on our laptops. He worked for previous versions of 16. We are currently on 16.0.0.305. Our users are now invited to be updated since 17 is available. It is not silent auto update from 16 to 17, however. You have to do a new installation of 17 and then the silent update works again for the next versions of 17? If so, this isn't a very good way to make it work. It looks like it should be transparent and maintain even with version changes.

  During strong releases, users will subsequently receive an update notification to update because there is no way to disable the Notification updates, even when opted in the background updates, unless you host them background update of resources locally.  Since you have Flash Player license and use auto-updated silent, I recommend this option.  Should be a bit of work on your side, to set up the server and get the resources and deploy whenever there is a version, but it would also ensure that your users are updated timely during these strong releases. More information on substantive hosting updated locally is in the Administrator's Guide in Chapter 3, page 20 (substantive updates to an internal server).

• Windows 7 - Photo Viewer does not show my printer

  Using the Windows Photo Viewer and it does not show my HP 2600n printer.  All other programs (word, paint, ect) show the printer by default as well as the other selections (such as telefax).

  I like to use the Photo Viewer as you can print the correct size by selecting, but my Priner is not there.  It works fine on my other machine.  When I go to install a printer through the photo viewer, it feels but it reinstalls as (2) and it still not here has the time nect I open Photo Viewer.

  This command will launch immediately the System File Checker to scan all protected files and verify their integrity, replace all the files with which it detects a problem.

  1. click on start

  2. click on all programs

  3. click on accessories, then right-click on the command prompt.

  4. Select the Security tab and choose "Run as Administrator"

  5. click on command prompt

  Type SFC/scannow

  The System File Checker tool analyzes the system files and replaces incorrect versions of system files by using the correct versions.

  If the steps above did not help, then I suggest to uninstall Lightroom 6.5, restart the machine and install Lightroom 6 and then install the updated to 6.4.
