• Visual updates for DreamWeaver

  Maybe it's a little off topic on this forum is for, but I thought it had to be mentioned. Dreamweaver is a tool for 17 year. That being said what he do a remarkable job even today. My only concern for Dreamweaver is a Visual update needed. I think that adobe will come out with their new version of Dreamweaver but I really think it must remain for the people who use it, and adobe should make it look nicer. These are just my opinions. My question is, will adobe keep this program and will be there always be visually up to date.

  Cloud creative products are constantly updated.  When you mean visually updated, are you referring to the UI or something else?

  If you have a suggestion for improvement, you can post NEWS IDEAS in this forum by clicking Actions > create an idea.  If enough people vote for your idea, Adobe can possibly add to a future update.

  I just changed CS5 Dreamweaver CC 2014. You want to use the server behaviors extension which does not exist as an extension of CC in 2014. Must be in plan C:/Program Files (x 86) / Adobe/Adobe Dreamweaver CC/Configuration/DisabledFeatures but the map doesn't exsist? What can I do?

• Updated for first CC 2014 - now get boot error - could not find capable video game modules

  I have a MacBook Pro with NVIDIA GeForce GT 750 M 2048 MB retina end 2013.

  Since the update of the first CC 2014 on the launch, I get this error just after it shows the loading of "ExporterQuickTimeHost.bundle" (I tried to delete it, but he always did, so I don't think that it has nothing to do with the QuickTime plugin):

  I never had it in the CC version. I have the latest version of the CUDA driver: version 6.0.46 & Driver GPU: 310.40.35f08 version 8.26.21

  The computer is unusable for about 4-5 minutes after it produces until it clears all the way to the top. This whole process takes up to 7-8 minutes!

  This same thing happens also with Prelude CC 2014.

  If anyone knows what's going on I would be very grateful.

  I found a solution that worked for me. Seems to be a permissions issue. Here is the solution I found (found here: CC 2014 startup problems: Adobe Premiere Pro):

  In the finder menu, click and hold down the menu REACH. That hold the option key and the library user will appear. Click on the user's library.

  In this folder, go to preferences and find the adobe folder.

  Right-click on the adobe folder and click get info.

  In the permissions section, & sharing, there are three names.

  Everyone should say read & write beside them.

  Open the lock, turn all to read and write.

  Then click on the little train directly under the names or to the left of the lock and the menu drop down click on 'apply to the included items.

  Then relock the lock.

  Now, go to your OS hard drive and click on users, your user name, Documents.

  Find the adobe folder there.

  Right-click on the adobe folder and click get info.

  In the permissions section, & sharing, there are three names.

  Everyone should say read & write beside them.

  Open the lock, turn all to read and write.

  Then click on the little train directly under the names or to the left of the lock and the menu drop down click on 'apply to the included items.

  The lock, the lock again.

  Wait a minute. Then launch first.

  This fixed it for me.

  I revise my existing work site, (custom labels of wine, initially created in Dreamweaver CS3 I think!) to be liquid and the mobile environment. I'm stubborn in this way, a layman. On some pages I have tables with a picture of the above sample label and a text below caption. I'm running in the alignment problems. But especially as a guide (for Dummies?, for my learning curve) that accurately reflects this 2014.1.1 version? (Whether a physical book or online guide). I think when I'm in the creative cloud (for easy mobile it only recently) perhaps it wasn't the version first, strawberry, I've read this. The thoughts of anyone who may be useful before I'm-God forbid - abandon and search engines can't find my site, as told me?

• Cannot install the behavior extension for server and database for Dreamweaver CC 2014

  I try to install the server behavior & extension of the database in my CC of Dreamweaver 2014 of the trial.  I've added it to https://creative.adobe.com/addons/patches/2176#.VGJ7TvnF-DA and it shows I have, but it has not yet appear in Dreamweaver.  I followed the steps outlined in the troubleshooting list:

  Internet works

  The application is compatible with the addon

  The application of CC desktop is installed and running

  Synchronization of files is enabled

  After that, I tried to install it through the Adobe Extension Manager.  As soon as I loaded up the Manager has crashed.  Whenever I open it crashes immediately.  Here is the error report:

  I then removed my addons, then deleted and reinstalled the extensions Manager.  As soon as I tried to open the Manager it still crashes.

  Try the following.

  1. Uninstall the current extension.
  2. Install the DMXZone extensions Manager
  3. Using the extension Manager DMXZone, install the connections/data server behaviors panel

  I uninstalled Dreamweaver, restarted my computer, then reinstalled DW.

  He had yet to be updated, I did successfully after the uninstall/re-install.

  No, it won't. You must manually re-create your site definitions, preferences etc. It has changed radically.

  • I preset web training and our client updated for Dreamweaver CS4 Dreamweaver CC 2015. That are the CSS Starter layouts in Dreamweaver, for example the column 2 fixed, header and footer layout? I don't find it in Dreamweaver CC 2015. It was a good starting point to teach students to create a web page using one of these start CSS page layouts and then customize.
  • I also can't find the Spry menu bar to create a menu (up to three levels) bar.

  It is more a spry menu bar, which was crap anyway. You can learn how to make a simple CSS - only menu or a menu jQuery.

  The new version of DW includes a starter starter site, which is how many sites asre built these days. Bootstrap also contains a navigation pane.
