Now that I've solved my problem and yet having heard representatives from Adobe, can you please explain why this happened and how can I get my project work on my original user profile in windows where everything is configured, already?

  I've just updated for first CC 2015.3 on my system running on Windows 7, 32 GB of RAM, quad-xeons double...

  Seemed like a good idea...  Now, the sound stutters and drop frames.

  After some troubleshooting I've narrowed the issue until this CC first 2015.3 don't like my graphics card, a SoundBlaster Z and its parameters.  2015.2 worked fine, but now the sound stutters and playback is extremely agitated turn upgrade.

  For this project, I am just finishing, I'll use, of all things, the HDMI sound goes to my computer screen.  The Nvidia graphics card I do not mind reading.  I'll tinker later and see if I can find a permanent solution...

• Lack of bins custom effects for first Pro 2015

  My bins custom presets and effects are gone since the update for first Pro 2015. Is there a way to get these bins and feedback effects? I'm not sure that I saved them to the cloud before and just tried to synchronize the settings, but that didn't work. Are they hidden inside a folder somewhere, and can we access it? Thank you.

  I found the problem, it's my wacomtablet. When I use the magic mouse, it works great! So, I guess I should update the wacomdriver, perhaps. If your response gave me the idea to check for this. Thank you!

  Updated for first 14 elements, but now the playback controls (play, stop, etc.) do not work. First 13 items works very well. I uninstalled and reinstalled programs using Adobe uninstallers, did not help. After starting in safe mode, I could get 14 PE for play/stop, although audio has been disabled. Very frustrating!   Just to confirm... are you saying that elements 13/13.1 first works OK on the same computer, timeline content as first elements 14? You run the 14.1 update, or if you're still at 14? If you have updated to 14 to 14.1, the content of the timeline plays OK in version 14?

  What operating system is involved? Assuming that Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit for now.

  There is a known No Disc error associated with the elements first 13/13.1. The Adobe fix is the removal or disabling of the OldFilm.AEX file. Let us determine if this applies to your situation.

  Right-click on the user presets in the Panel of Presets in develop module, and then choose Import > navigate to the location where are stored the your presets > select the .lrtemplate files to import.

  I had exactly the same problem and it was solved by cleaning our cache of media.

  You need to completely close the first first, then go to the folder media cache and delete all the files. It will not work if the first is always open.
