Updated OSX Yosemite Advisor

Hello world! I use Adobe CC 2013 version (with AE - 12.2.1.5-, PR - 7.2.2, HAVE 17.1.0) and Photoshop CC 2014 (2014.2.0) with OSX Maveriks. Now, I want to upgrade to OSX Yosemite. I have four questions:

1. What can I do if I want to upgrade to 2014 CC AE and PR version without losing all my plugins and scripts (AE and PR)... ?? Can I save only the folder of the plugin and the repaste?

Release 2 - version is CC 2013 AE, PR and HAVE ready to Yosemite? And CC 2014?

4. advise me you updated to Yosemite or I have to wait a few days?

I thank very you much for the replies!

An update of Yosemite all CC will keep so you don't have to worry about losing the plug-ins and scripts. Nothing will be moved unless you do a fresh install on a clean hard disk. All Mac updates performed in this way for the latest updates several.

Until waiting or jumping in which is a personal choice. Adobe has blessed Yosemite for AE at least. There is another post in this form on this subject.

  • Trouble with Safari after update OSX

    Hi all

I have a MacBook Air in hands. End 2010.OSX Yosemite 10.10.5

Last night the program update asked to restart the computer after the update has been downloaded.

I shut down the computer and restarted this morning.

    What I see now:

Safari no longer works: she opens on the web pages and then displays a message saying: it does not, and then the page is empty

App Store program does not work: it does not updated but tells me that I have still 4 updates to download.

    Google Chrome works.

But it is a mystery and a pain.

    If anyone can help.

    Thank you all.

Try restarting mode without failure. Safari works then? If so, reboot normally and try again.

I'm trying to download applications from creative cloud Manager. No applications are emerging that I just get a blue spinning wheel. They update very well on my laptop that have both are updated with osx yosemite.

I went on the Adobe support site and did a chat session with one of their technicians, they guided me through deleting some files on the system that prevented loading apps.  Sorry, too much detailed steps for me relay for you here, but they have had me up and running in 30 minutes.

  • Photoshop CS4 doesn't open after upgrading to Mac OSX Yosemite

I've recently updated for Mac OSX Yosemite and unfortunately, my Photoshop CS4 does not open. The message says that it requires of Java SE6. I now have the update of Java 7 71. I would like suggestions for someone who can help solve this problem. Thank you.

Install the version of Java that Apple says that you need - because without this, you cannot go beyond the nagging Apple that you need a particular Java version (even if the application does not use Java).

  • I've updated to Yosemite and my Pages app disappeared?

I've updated to Yosemite and it seems as if my Pages app is gone. Should I t he buy? It would be less than ideal.

Depending on the version of the Pages that you had it may have been moved to a folder in the root directory called incompatible Applications. If the application won't work, Apple moved out of the Applications folder.

Which OS did you use to run and what version of Pages you used.

If it is compatible, and it has just been removed, which seems weird, then you can simply re-download. Open App Store, go to the tab purchased and click Download.

  • Update to Yosemite 10.10.5 (NOT El Capitan)... How?

I have a Mac Pro 2009, always on the Mavericks (10.9.5), where I use applications (such as Pro Tools 11) which are not compatible with El Capitan.

I need to update to Yosemite 10.10.5 because of the new Unreal engine. I have the disk image of Yosemite, but Apple says it can't check my machine when I click on Setup. So I created a bootable USB key - but the startup disk utility says "bless tool was unable to put the current startup disk"... to help.

Help, please! Pro completely abandoned by Apple users?

You just know that Apple is no more making Mavericks and Yosemite available unless you already "bought" them.
