  You can try to open the App CC, by selecting Preferences in the 'train' of tools and then check out CC and then log in again. Then click on the "speed" and select "Check for Updates App.

  Try to restore Photoshop preferences to default.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  Hello Sandro,

  The workspace start seems to be the cause.

  Go to the Photoshop preferences > General > uncheck show the splash screen > restart Photoshop and check again.
