Updated to SP3 of XP and now user remote cannot connect / connect

Hello

I recently installed SP3 on an old entry door. Previously users would connect with desktop connection remotely. Now, they can't. Firewall and remote assistance setting are unchanged... Any ideas?

Remote Desktop is always enabled?  Are members of the administrators to remote users group?  If this is not the case, they specifically have permissions to connect remotely?  This is done on a LAN or WAN (internet)?   You use a router?  If Yes, then by their nature routers act as incoming firewall so to solve this, you can safely disable Windows Firewall to ensure that it is not the culprit.

    Please ask questions on iCloud and photos after the iOS 10 update here in Apple Support communities. We don't like hearing about questions after each update or upgrade. I am pleased to offer you some things to check to help you with your photos are blurred and alerts that you have received with iCloud.

    The first thing we want to make sure is that all your data is safe. You can perform a backup to iCloud or iTunes. Use this article to help with this: backing up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

    There is no such feature to import or export signatures drawn.  Only digital ID & certificates can be imported.

    You will need to draw again.

    OK, I've corrected this BS... found the preferences > language setting by looking at the old installation on laptop... pick any other random language, restarted Lightroom and was in Italian... I could now give a sense... went into preferences > language and English selected, rebooted and now everything seems to be OK... come on Adobe!... this shouldn't happen.

    A few things you could try...

    • Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, and then double-click Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
    • You can open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
    • If Reader opens in itself, try to disable the Safe_mode in the registry; Download, unzip, then run the attached registry script
    • It might even be a malware problem; See http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/reader-core-dll-error.html

    This error can occur if the group policy setting "do not connect to users with temporary profiles" is configured.

    To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

    1 delete the profile by using the computer properties dialog box. To do this, follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, right-click computer and then click Properties.
    b. click on change settings.
    c. in the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
    d. under user profiles, click settings.
    e. in the user profiles dialog box, select the profile you want to delete, click on remove and then click OK.
     
    2. Click Start, type regedit in the start search box and then press ENTER.

    3. Locate, and then expand the following registry subkey:

    Use the Acrobat Pro preflight!

    To incorporate the missing fonts in Acrobat Preflight profile will incorporate the missing fonts in your PDF file assuming that:

    (1) the fonts in question are installed on your system and

    (2) the police themselves is not protected against the incorporation (they can at least see and print incorporation.
