  -Start up the mac in shift, press and hold until you see appear it to progress bar, so you can let go

  -When everything started, connect

  I have a laptop HP that used Vista. I recently decided to install Windows 7 on it a week ago, but I've had problems since.

  I find that as a first step, I would like to watch YouTube and he played very well.   It seems to be a problem with the hardware. I suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall the CD/DVD driver and check if it helps.
