Upgrad to my computer

I'm new here and what you should ask an important question.  It may have been partially met, but I do not think that the question has been answered so this is:

I H8 1234 HP desktop PC and love it, most of the time.  I play world tank on this subject and of course, the graphics card ATI Radeon 7450 1GIG DDR3, as well as a power supply 300 wat there.  These 2 elements limited my ability to play this game and a few others like the world of war planes and war Thunder, who are a little more intensive graphics as World of Tanks.  Although this map is an improvement on what I had, he just does not cut.

I need to know what power supply unit (s) will drop to the heart and what cards graphics ATI Radeon will fall in full without causing problems with heat and others.  Of course, I want to get that much bang for your money but you will also have to go as cheap as possible as.  I don't think I need everything that precedes a 500 Watt power supply and would actually get to a 2 gig card but will settle for a 1 GB, if it will out perform what I have now.

I am running about 35FPS on the world of the tank with the minimum parameters thus having to use Game Booster just to achieve this goal.  World war planes and war Thunder I run of 5 frames/second at 20 frames per second, according to the plan that we play on.  I have not had problems with heat and won't go now, but also need better cooling information, if the card and power supply causes problems.

I thank you in advance for all advice and assistance, you can give.

Johnny (HOTA)

I measure the PSU, just to make sure its good size and then decide on what brand to get.  I'm leaning towards the corsair, but also like others.  I want to try to stay with an ATI card in order to make the installation and everything much more easy for someone like me, LOL.  I deeply appreciate the 411 who you guys turned off.  BRAVO to you and I voted for you two.

Thank you

HOTA (Johnny)

    Upgrade/license transfer

I have purchase Windows 7 business plan and upgrade my Vista Business retail version to Windows 7 Pro.  Can I use my copy of Vista Business upgrade retail a computer with Windows XP Pro?

If you use the license professional Vista as the operating system with a Windows 7 Pro upgrade license then no, you can't continue with Business.

If you use a copy of the licence of right (standard retail) Windows 7 Pro then Yes, you can reuse the company to upgrade XP.

Upgrade license replaces the license qualify you for the upgrade license.  That's why the price is reduced from the price of a copy of the full license.  In this case, a license of Windows 7 Upgrade binding Vista Business license to the Windows 7 Pro license and operating permits would be free not to use it elsewhere.

How install Windows 7 Pro has no importance.  If you use an installation upgrade or new installation method, what matters is the license of Windows 7, to level or standard (full).

Buy a copy of the full license of Windows 7 Pro to do what you are suggesting.

You need a disk FULL/license to do a clean install, not an upgrade license.

  • I want to use my Windows 8 pre-loaded license to upgrade my old computer

To comply with my companies policies I had to change the OS in my new laptop for Windows 7. Now, I would like to use the license of windows 8 that came preloaded in the computer to upgrade my second computer. The problem is I don't have the license key and no one can help me to get it back as it is on the motherboard. I paid for the license, and as far as I know I have right to use it on any machine I want for as long I have only on a single computer at the same time, isn't? Now what should I do to get this key?

Unfortunately, no. If it came preloaded on the phone, it's an OEM
the biggest drawback of an OEM version and version is that its
license is permanently tied to the first computer on which it is installed.
It can never be moved to another. So, you can't do what you want

    Good evening

Is there a way to export my photoshop brushes, actions etc so I can import these worms a new version upgrade from my computer?

    Best regards

Bruce, good to see you posting here.  I thought we had lost you on the Illustrator forum!

I'm doing exactly what Bruce said, and copy the contents of

    C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe 2014\Presets\Brushes CC in Photoshop

In another folder.  He doesn't come to much in material megabytes and also acts as a return to the top.   These display in alphabetical order when you open the Panel brush options, so I rename my brush sets so they appear grouped by category, but still leaving enough of the file name to identify the source.

  • Desktop HP Pavilion 500-342nem: can I upgrade my desktop computer hp pavilion 500 with the graphics card AMD RX 480 replacing edge R7

I plan to upgrade my hp pavilion 500-342nem, who was already A7 graphical 240 with the new 480 RX.

Is it possible to upgrade both the power supply and graphics card?

There will be no problem of compatibility (PSU Corsair CX 500 questioned?.)

I heard a lot of chatter on hp restricting the upgrade of their pc.

    The new card will work?

    Any help will be apppreciated.

    @Jeffrin98, welcome to the forum.

I cannot find the specs of the product to the computer.  So, here's what you need to do.  Press Start + R from the view of the office.  This will open a run dialog box.  In the box labeled type msinfo32 opened.  In the page that opens, check the option titled Mode BIOS.  If he says UEFI motherboard is supported by the video card.  If this isn't the case, you will not be able to move forward.

The next step is to measure the space where the card will be installed to ensure that it fits.  Measure from the back i/o port to the front of the case.  This will allow you to see if other ingredients will limit the installation.

The CX500 Corsair power supply (PSU) should work.  However, check how much power requires the video card.  It may be better to buy a PSU with 600W.  High power will be used during peak power needs.  In addition, the card may require additional power connectors.  Also, I recommend a modular power supply.  It allows you to use only the cables that are absolutely necessary, create better air circulation.  It is very important with more powerful graphics cards.  The heat can be much larger.

Please click on the button + Thumbs up if I helped you and click on accept as Solution If your problem is resolved.

  • Can I use Windows 7 Upgrade media to upgrade a Vista computer that has not been upgraded to service pack 1? Can I use the option of custom Setup for Windows 7 Upgrade media? I would go from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Premium.

The computer on which I am trying to upgrade is vascular under Vista Premium, but it was never upgraded to Service Pack 1. He has a problem with PIECES that is caused by a defective ntdll.dll module and so the updates do not work. Windows Upgrade Advisor tells me I must update Vista SP1. I really don't want to spend the time to solve the problem of Vista. I would like to just do a clean install using the custom install option on the Win7 upgrade support.

    Hello

You cannot install your pre-installed Vista that came with your HP computer on another laptop

Preinstalled OEM Licenses (including HP, Acer, etc.) are linked to the first machine that they are installed on and channels of license when this machine dies.

    OEM licenses are not transferable.

And even if it is a retail license you cannot transfer in this situation.

Your something Windows 7 UPGRADE license (legal, Windows operating system activated) necessary for the upgrade of.

    And that 'something' has Vista.

Now, the Vista license allows you to use the Windows 7 upgrade license and is now part of the Windows 7 license.
