• Autonomous light WLAN AP 1252 bridge

  I have a Cisco WLC 5508 manage several 1252 s in light mode.  There is a laptop on campus that has an independent network, but not wiring to tie it to the corporate network.  I have an another 1252 which is in stand-alone mode.  Could I essentially set up as a bridge with the same SSID and security to meet the enterprise WLAN?  If not, what are my options?  Best regards, Dee

  That looks like one. Basically, you go take the autonomous access point and make the WGB configured to connect to your SSID. You can have up to 254 devices behind a WGB normally, which could be different with CUWN well. This doc should tell you the limits.

• 10.11.5 upgrade

  I'm trying to upgrade to OS 10.11.5 from the app store.  My problem is that the download goes up to about 110 to 130 MB and then the progress bar disappears.  The upgrade button will light gray, while the download continues, to dark gray, after download disappears.  Hit the new download button results in nothing happens.  If I leave the app store and enter again, the download button is active again but hit results in the same problem as described.  I thought that one day would be a glitch, but now have experienced the same problem over several days.

  Advice welcome.   Currently, spin 10.11.4 without any problem.  I also officially signed in the app store by this download.

  I'm trying to convert a stand-alone Aironet 1200 in light Mode. I use the tool to upgrade v1.0 proposed by Cisco. But when I put the name of the recovery LWAPP Image (c1200-k9w7 - tar.123 - 7.JA2) in the tool window to update it doesn't work. It is said: c1200-k9w7 - tar.123 - 7.JA2 - LWAPP recovery Image file size is zero. But its size is 4.6 MB!

• OS6 improved ReadyNAS 3200 cable - USB DOES NOT

  So I've updated several different brands ReadyNAS units models and so far, everything is fine. However, I have a system mounted 3200 rack which has been upgraded, but will not recognize a USB key inserted into the rear USB (a port). I tried several approaches, including reformulating them with the installed USB. I reinstalled the upgrade. The light on the USB flashes quickly when I first install it, and then it stops flashing after a few seconds.

  The main reason I installed the upgrade, it's that I need to encrypt the volume, which requires the USB. The 'box' style ReadyNAS unit seems to work very well. It gives me headaches.

  I know that this is not a supported upgrade, but I need to find a way to make it work.

  Any ideas?

  I suspect that the system is looking for some paths hard-coded when looking USB key containing the encryption key, and these are not defined for the 3200 on OS6.

  All I can get is CC on just about all I click on links. I've been everywhere on the Adobe site and clicked on each link which I think will lead me to what I want, but nothing helped.

  It's like Adobe won't support software stand alone more. I'm sure it's there, but they went to their best to ensure that it is well buried.

  I don't want CC and never will be. It is not only what I do. I want to just upgrade to autonomous LR6.

  I bought my laptop about a year ago and had upgraded from vista home to vista Professional (operation which was made by the seller because I bought them the license of the company).
