Upgrade to Acrobat Prof DC application and creative cloud with failure to upgrade
I have Adobe Acrobat DC in my laptop I have installed free of charge from the Adobe Web site. I ordered the upgrade of Acrobat Prof. and tried to install the upgrade. In the end, I got this message "serial number you provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer. I tried to find a way to cancel the order or to communicate with the WAA, support team, but unfortunately there is no means to do so. I am looking help to cancel my order and get my money back.

I recently bought a new MacBook and downloaded CC. He took too much of my memory on my drive hard drive and wish to remove it. Then I made the mistake of drag and drop all the files from adobe to the trash and empty. Well, it seems that I could remove the vacuum (which apparently is a key element to remove cc) but NO programs of creative cloud itself. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you

After you have uninstalled all applications CC, you can delete the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

Please ensure that your Pen drivers are up-to-date. (check the manufacturer's Web site)
Also, what exact version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you using?
Search for graphics card drivers update as well.

I downloaded creative cloud with CC Photoshop, Premiere Pro CS6 and DC Acrobat install however Premiere Pro does not open. When open the button is on the other app, the first Pro app said only "up-to-date". If I click this, nothing happens?
check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.
(restart the cc app will probably also work.)

So many entries of URL blocker, Adobe, this is the reason why you are unable to activate the CC apps.
Follow the procedure below:
- Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.
- Make sure that there is no entry of Adobe on the inside.
- Then copy and paste the Hosts file in folder etc.
- We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
- When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
- Be sure to select the option Replace ...
- Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.
- In the affirmative. launch creative cloud application and load the list of Apps and check.

I have download and install creative cloud with no problems. In the window of creative cloud cannot display the APPS page (while other 'Home', 'Community' can be seen. This is why I can't select the application to be updated. Thanks for your help

I installed all the applications of creative cloud ok, but I can't find to start an application, that is to say In-Design, or Photoshop. I have CS6 installed on my machine before I installed the cloud and do not uninstall CS6.

Hi, I am Ganesh, I tried to installed the application using creative cloud. But seems it's taking too long to install the application and it is hit. After the installation of 42%. Still, I tried to restart my computer and re-install the application. But it is keep taking so long time and struck at the end of the installation of 42%.
If the installation process is stalled at 42 percent with no possibility of error, there is a problem with the zipped file to Extraction of downloaded in the Temp folder.
As a fundamental step. Leave the creative Cloud desktop application.
Delete the contents of the Temp folder:
Optional: it will be ideal to install software like Winrar, WinZip or 7-zip,., etc.
Please press Windows + R and you will get a command window run, get hit and type %temp%.
Delete all the content inside the temp folder.
Then try again to install application InDesign CC again.Just in case, if you are still having the same issue.
Creative application cloud thus released, do not close it.
Open the Temp folder, then search for the CC InDesign installation file and copy it to the desktop computer.
Then leave Creative Cloud application and try to install.

Problem with the updates and creative cloud
I have recently moved from perpetual LR to the LRCC. To do this, I downloaded and installed the program "creative cloud." I also downloaded and installed the Psalm I find I have the latest version of LR, but PS 2015.1.2. I have read many power outages of Adobe FAQ etc, but still problems.
