• Problems with the update subscription creative cloud

  Yesterday I started getting a message when I tried to open Illustrator (or Photoshop).

  

  Knowing that I bought the annual contract for the creative cloud, so I thought it was already authorized. So I chose "Try Again"and received the following message.

  

  Despite the message in this box, Illustrator (and Photoshop) has always refused to open. Instead, the box 'renew your membership' will continue to pop up.

  So I then chose "this software license. That seemed to work. Photoshop and Illustrator open.

  However whenever I shut down the PC, I have to do the same thing all over again. When I am trying to use the software without an internet connection, I am simply out of luck. Nothing works.

  Can I get help on where to look to see how these programs update their monthly check-in with CC. better yet some instructions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

  (1) try to upgrade your copy of Internet Explorer to version 7.0
  (2) restart your computer
  (3) visit http://update.microsoft.com and install updates of missing security for IE7 & stop and try again.

  Method2:
  There might be some important vista .dll are gone corrupt. Please perform the below steps to solve problems.

  (1) make sure that your account is to have any of course rights or grant your account level "Administrator" rights
  (2) from the command prompt, run the command " sfc/scannow " & provide the Vista installation DVD.
  (3) analyze your system with antivirus & Spyware software to remove infected files.
