  I have a problem to upgrade Windows Vista Edition family of Windows 7 Home Edition 64-bit. I followed the upgrade process includes the 3 parts of the Guide to upgrade Windows. Keyboard lag, characters appearing not to if I typed in the search/address, blank white bar screens well it shows the page has finished loading, the previous page always shows even if the poster address bar a new page was supposedly loaded, ugly scrolling. Chrome browser works perfectly as it is. I rebooted several times and no joy. I have not uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but I don't know who would do good. I will try that next, but I wonder if there is a known issue with Firefox for Android is not yet optimized for 4.3.

• Windows Pro L10 satellite did not start successfully

  I have a satellite pro L10 at home which was working fine yesterday.
  However, I'm going to turn in today and after the toshiba screen comes up I get a message on the screen saying "We apologize for the inconvinience, but windows did not start successfully" it gives then options such as safe mode, safe mode with network, last known configuration and start windows normally.

  No matter what is selected, I get the loading windows screen but then it goes black and nothing happens.
  Is there something I can do manually which will remedy this because stupidly

  In my opinion, there is nothing to do because the operating system cannot start, even in SafeMode with network, last known configuration, etc.
  You need to reinstall the operating system

  Download WinPE image (use google) and create the bootable CD. You will need to burn the image to CD in order to get a bootable CD.

  If the cause of your problem is to have a HP PC with an AMD processor and an original image on your hard drive (and of course it sounds like this is the case), the solution should be to rename the file intelppm.sys and launch the sp37394.exe patch.   · What options have tried advanced startup options?

  Remove all external devices such as printers and scanners connected to the computer and then try to start.

  As you mentioned you don't have a CD/DVD drive on the computer and you are not able to boot in any mode, there are only two options:

  a. you will need to connect external CD/DVD drive to the computer for further troubleshooting.

  b. you must contact the manufacturer of the computer.

  3. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  If you are unable to start windows check to see if you can boot into safe mode.
