  Have you already installed OS X El Capitan on the computer?  Applications to install OS X El Capitan.app, the Setup program removes automatically after the upgrade.  If you want to create a bootable Installer, then again uploaded to the App Store.

  I found a way to solve this problem and now my lightroom has been updated LR 6.7 and works perfectly, transfer and editing CRAW2 files from my Canon 5 d Mark IV.

  1. I downloaded all my mac osx el capitan updates on the appstore.

  2 remove completely all adope file and remove lightroom from my Mac.

  3. download LR application installation and update of LR 6.7 of the adobe Web site: Install Photoshop Lightroom

  4. run the installer and install fresh new LR 6.0

  5. open the file LR 6.7 and update

  7. start LR and its update to 6.7

  (I tried this process twice before it works)

  Hope will work for all you canon 5 d mark iv out there.
