  I have some video files in the structure of the web made by Adobe Muse. My catalyst business storage space is only 2 GB, but my total size of the video file is 40 GB. It seems there is not enough space in my Business Catalyst to store my video files when I download files from Muse to Business Catalyst.   But my Web hosting speed couldn't do well, so I try to upload to the adobe business catalyst, I would like to ask is anyway to hide the HTML extension as I used to do on my previous hosting? I tried to download the .htaccess too, but it doesn't work.

  BC is totally itself supports no file extension URL. Connect to the BC site, go to the page in the site manager and change the URL. I think that you need to enable editing in site settings and the cross-synchronization as muse thing apparently now supports but just know there's going to be a bit of a clumsy process.

  I am suddenly unable to upload my site on Business Catalyst. When I try to do, I get a dialog box named publish, who says "Signature in Business Catalyst", with a spinning ball. Intermittently, I also have a box error dialog labeled "Adobe Business Catalyst," that says "unknown error Adobe Business Catalyst has occurred. "Status: 0, 0" (see screenshot below).

  Is this something that should be fixed on your end, or is there something I can do to remedy the problem on my end?

  Hi, I am trying to delete a file on my remote server (Business Catalyst), but I get an error message (log of the errors below).  I can delete the other files in the same folder.  In addition, the permissions are the same on the files I can delete and one that I can't.  I can not remove this file with FileZilla, either - get a similar error message.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  This is a template file and I really need to be able to delete or modify it.  Thank you.

  I have a problem with Muse, it works well to slowly when I design my site. I have a macbook pro, enough new good spec but with my Muse file which has only 80 pages I get the beachball. I want to do is perhaps to create a few different files with the same master desinged separating the site but all related to the same domain. I don't really mind that menus will not work because I'm just using the menu as links to different pages, so technically I could just use a hyperlink to 'other sites' instead of a link.

  I'm using Business Catalyst as hosting provider, do you know how can I add multiple files from Muse to the same domain on Business Catalyst? Has anyone tried this and had a bit of luck? Is it still possible?

  Hi Chris,

  As long as you pay attention to the "index.html" file and have the same page in all the files of your Muse so when you publish content will get pushed in BC and are similar to what is there, you should be fine.

  You can think of it, something like this:

  file 1 - has the index.html (homepage) and the ' about us' page

  file 2 - has the index.html (similar to that of 1st file homepage) and the "contact us" page

  file 3 - has the index.html (identical to the file 1st and 2nd home page) and "How it works" page

  Every time you press one of these files BC the index will continue to seek the same because on pages with the same name is not replaced, the other pages will just stay there as they are at the moment of the publish. You should pay some attention to the CSS files also.

  Alternatively, you can ignore the creation of the homepage even, export your files locally and manually post BC via sFTP your HTML, CSS, JS, etc files.

  When we write our own WebApps in Business Catalyst, how can we present a file selection dialog box so that the user can select a file that exists on the server and possibly download a file on the server of this same dialog box?
