In the last two weeks, I installed Lightroom (current version: 5.7.1) on a new All-In-One(Model No. 27-p014) HP Envy 2734 with Windows 10.
It worked fine until today, when all of a sudden, when I tried to import a recent work, I got the above message. After several tests (and failures), I thought using the system restore and reset the unit to the settings of this morning, thinking the problem might be related to an update from HP that I had downloaded all that little before import (improved performance .NET Application - CPS).

It could be a problem with the Windows updates is not installed which may affect other facilities.
Go to control panel > Windows update > view update history. From there though to see if an update has failed. If there is an update failed, check the error code of the update and then we can go from there to determine the cause.If there is no Windows Update failed, then go to the event viewer and see if there are errors in the application or system event viewer.
To open Event Viewer: click on the Start button. In the start search box, type and then event viewer from the list results, double - click to view the application and system event logs.Please answer back with an update.

Following the crash of my hard drive, I need to reinstal my Photoshop/Lightroom formula, and I don't have the privilege to do so even in my account, I had this problem, Adobe made me make some adjustment, but I have more memory, it is very complicated to find a link to reinstall a subscription.

You install programs exactly in the same way you did the 1st time... Put your disc in the drive, and enter your serial number when asked

I will lose photoshop/lightroom?
IM currently on the "photographty" plan which includes Lightroom and Photoshop. I would also like to have Premiere pro, and I found the unique application purchase plan. Is it possible to combine the two plans? So that I can get all three apps? Or I will lose Photoshop/Lightroom if I order the plan only app for Premiere Pro?

Strange yellow color balance in Photoshop / Lightroom
I have a strange yellow color indicating the balance upward in Photoshop and Lightroom, but NOT when the file is exported (or when the photo is displayed in the Windows Explorer file / Photo viewer app):

This is a screenshot with the picture open to (from left to right) Lightroom app Windows Photos and Photoshop). I use CC 2015.1.2
Note the yellow cast on the pictures left and right. The background is supposed to be neutral gray (color sampling says it's gray, and neutral in lightroom, I used the color picker to select the neutral gray gray background).
So if your monitor is calibrated, which photos have a more neutral background for you? One in the Middle? Or on the outside?
and what could be originally the photos seem a lot more yellow, seen in PS / LR, but not when exported (or opening directly in windows Photos)?

You have a broken or defective monitor profile. Without color management applications do not use the profile and are not affected.
Raise your standard to make a new profile. If you do not, use sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1 for now. Go to control panel > color management > devices. Once completed, restart Photoshop / Lightroom so that they can load the new profile at startup:

Bought the new computer - try to reload Photoshop Lightroom
I bought a new computer, as it appears that was going down.
I have already purchased a legal copy of Lightroom and have been using it on the old computer.
I can't identify how reload my copy purchased Lightroom on my new computer.
I have the figure 24 serial number.
I do not use the old computer other than the visualization of old images on it. I'm happy to 'disable' access on your old computer if I can activate this new computer.
Can you please specify? Very frustrated.
I am a hobby/family photographer... and would like to come back in Lightroom.

What version of Lightroom?
You can download the installation program to install Photoshop Lightroom
Install and enter your serial number.
If you use Lightroom 6 on your old computer that you will need to disable it in order to release an activation. Older versions of Lightroom lacked any activation mechanism.

I bought Photoshop Lightroom in January 2016 and installed it on a computer, and worked very well. But I am now receive messages when I try to log in Lightroom, saying that I can continue to use Lightroom after the end of my trial period and that I need to purchase the software... and there is a button on the screen "software license", and I try to do this and type the serial number (although this is ALREADY a license on my computer) , and I get the message that this number is already used by the largest number of computers and says that I have to disable another computer or provide a different serial number valid for use Lightroom again on this computer. It is only on a SINGLE computer and I already paid for the software and I'm not going to disable the program on my computer and lose everything, and I don't have to buy Lightroom again. What should I do?
I have reset the number of activations, please check if you are able to use the serial number again.
