Urgent! How to keyboard AZERTY touch id password?

First of all, I have no access to change the General settings of my iPhone more than 6.

Here is what happened. I installed the company e-mail account. This facility is required the password to lock my iPhone complex. And I put a complex code using a qwerty keyboard.

However I've recently updated my OS 9.3.1 when I restart my iPhone. Keyboard password change to numbers. I can't change that qwerty keyboard ever. I remembered my password, my apple ID and password, but do not know how to enter...

I searched online, it is said that by using the DFU mode to reset the firmware. But that means erase all data that I had. Is it possible to regain access without erasing the data?

    You only set the HARD drive password or another password too?
    Normally the HARD drive password can be removed in the BIOS. Therefore, to set a new password and don't enter all the keys. Just press the Enter key to leave the new password disk HARD vacuum box.

    Try to also load default settings in the BIOS and if it doesn't work, you must update the BIOS. You can find the latest version on the official website of Toshiba.
