  I tried this with various projects for AE and first, as well as creation of comps and empty and try again. Whenever this is the same accident.

  Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, still nothing. Erased from the memory cache for both applications.

  If the problem is solved by pressing the ALT key at startup, it is just an issue with corrupt preferences, and it was just a flip momentarily.

  The web does not support After Effects project files. But you can insert rendered videos (MP4 files) in your HTML pages.  12.2 CS6 DW or more, go to Insert > media > HTML5 video.

  Good Question,

  Select file > import > General > existing projects into workspace
  Select root directory: Browse > access your workspace and select the project.

  As it already exists in your workspace, you don't need to copy, it should be to alert you to this.

• Search and Index do not work in the project on the Web server

  I use RH 7 on Windows XP and build my project to help using WebHelp.

  Search and Index functions work perfectly well in the project generated on my hard drive, but when the project is deployed on our Web server for user acceptance testing, these functions do not work.

  • When I search for a term, aid poster project "search...". ' or 'Chargement loading data, please wait... '. "(in a yellow box that displays only for a second or two,) but no display search results. When I search for a word in the project generated on my hard drive, the results appear immediately.
  • When I click on the Index tab, the list of indexes is completely empty.

  For both functions, the "done, but with errors on page" or "Error on page" message appears in the lower left corner of the browser window. When I click the icon (point), an error message appears with the following details:

  Line: 688

  Char: 7

  Error: ' Notes [...]. sTopicTitle' is null or not an object

  Code: 0

  URL: http:// < I removed this part of the path for security reasons > /webhelp/whfbody.htm

  I have attached a PDF file that contains screenshots comparing how these functions work on my drive hard and on the Web server (for security reasons, I've roughly blackened references from the company in the URL in the screenshots).

  Does anyone have an idea on top of their head as to what could prevent indexing and job search functions? Perhaps this is due to a configuration setting or the security on our Web server or something - this entire process is new to me, so I have no idea how to solve this problem.

  Are you sure that all the WebHelp output files make the trip to your server, especially all these small weird things in the files whdata, whgdata and whxdata?

• Import from another project

  I'm creating an updated version of an HTML project created for an earlier version of the software. I created my folder structure and import the previous project *.htm files into the new project. The keywords 'see also' are kept with the subjects, but the keywords in the Index are not. In addition, the "See also" references that appear after clicking on the see also appear under the *.htm file names, rather than the topic titles.
  
  Do I have to re - enter each keyword index and also see the button to appear correctly? It seems tedious. I printed a report subject to the previous, just project properties so that I have a reference to what words keys were used.
  
  Any help/shortcuts would be appreciated.

  Can you not have created a copy of your old project in Windows Explorer then started moving your topics within the HR? It would be much less prone to problems.

  First of all, my apologies if this question is as lame as it seems!
  
  When my project is published and accessible via the web, the URL displayed in the address bar is still the start page any page, I sailed on the project. It is therefore difficult to send a URL specific to a user in the form of: "Please see http://Product1 \SecondChapter\ThirdTopic.
  
  For now, I need to get to the page, go to the directory of the project and find where the file is physically located, and then use this physical directory to build a URL for the user.
  
  I tried to use different (DHTML, JAVA, pure HTML) table of contents options and they all have the same behavior. Is there an easier way to point to specific topics within a project to help on the Web? I must be missing something obvious!

  My apologies if I misread your post - I was rushing.

  Right-click in the frame that displays the topic (not the table of contents), then click 'properties '. The URL must be in the Properties dialog box that appears.

• First Elements 9 does nothing after loading; don't load new project - please help!

  Hoping someone here can help...

  From the outset, I must admit that I'm not the best to search the Internet to find answers to complex computer problems (or at least complicated for me). I did my best to try to find help or information to the problem I'm having, but ended up only more confused and frustrated.

  I was able to run to first Elements 9 on my old PC (Windows 7 - home page) for a while with no problems. However, just last week I did splurge on a PC brand new (Windows 10) and can't get Premiere Elements to function properly at all.

  My problem:

  Premiere Elements will be charge. The program opens. He will ask me to name my new project, I do it, and then it does nothing. It does not load a project timeline/layout / anything. It is just an open window and empty. All menu options for what that this either in the upper part are all grayed out - apart from the creation of a new project, open a project and help options. Create a new project does nothing - as I have already said. I have no plans to open it, I find myself with options here. If I try to open one that I named in my attempts to get the program working, I get a notice of a serious error causing elements that need to close. I click 'ok' (as my only option) and get a second error message: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Runtime Error! First Elements - this application has requested enforcement in an unusual way. For more information, contact support.

  I installed both disks I have for Premiere Elements.

  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled...

  I downloaded this file/additional patch for Elements 9.

  I made the diagnosis and he said that I could run in Windows 7, but there is nothing (granted, once again, that there is another computer with Windows 10).

  I have uploaded/updated QuickTime.

  I've updated Windows, drivers, etc..

• Problem importing adobe first project in After effects CS6

  I have worked in first of Adobe and sequelae for quite a few years now and this problem is new to me.

  I work on a project After Effects CS6 and want to import a project first pro in After Effects. I'll-> file-> import-> adobe first project

  Select the project

  Select the sequence

  Now After Effects CS6 matter all files of the project first before pro in CS5, but now also matter at all in the form of sequences at the root in my Control Panel project and messes everything. Before she was generally nice and tidy with the same structure of records as the first pro project would have.

  But this isn't the main problem. When I opened the sequence on what to import and to work, some clips have been shortened up to 1 FRAME LONG at the end. These clips have a speed of 500% in first pro, but this has never been a problem before, after effects has ever before been able to translate changes in speed in first-> sequelae clips.

  I found the solution!

  In my first adobe project that I tried to import, some of the clips have been "right click" and apply "scale to the size of the image.

  Each video clip that had "adapt to the size of the image' in my sequence first pro from adobe would incorporate as its own composition in After Effects, rather than just a videofile and some of the clips could be cut down to be invisible.

  So if you have a problem with a clip import does not correctly in a sequence of after-effects, check that "adapt to the size of the image" is not applied to the clip in first pro.

  I removed the scale to the size of the image in the project to create and everything is now fine in sequels.

  How to import video to another one before. draft elements.  Do I need to export this project as avi and then re import it.  I will not be able to change as much as it will be something solid rather than many short with transitions.  I would like to just stick something in the other.

  I made the headlines and video separate projects.  Also, is there a way to flatten a video that consists of several video tracks. (my titles were made on six video tracks) I think a similar function to flatten layers in photoshop elements.

  Michael,

  Suggestions from Steve/export and import, is the best method.

  Until you do, there is a review, and that's the one you mention - additional editing.

  The thing to consider is, "should I make any further changes?

  If Yes, then I recommend to do a very loose editing, leaving additional images at each end, or each Clip handles, then export/share that loose change import in another project. See this ARTICLE on the handles.

  However, if we know they did all edit in the first project, completely, then just export/share and import, is easier, but, and as you have mentioned, things are now "set in stone" and are difficult to re - edit.

  I have several "models" which re - used, intros, outros, credits, etc., which are strongly modified. Get them just Shared exported and then imported in each new project. However, when I know that I'll want to tighten my changes later, I just change very loosely, leaving a lot of additional images (handles) on each Clip to be strengthened later, in the final draft.

  Good luck, and with a little planning, things will be very simple.

  Here's what I'm trying to remember (it was a simple task)

  I have a project I want to divide it into smaller segments for reasons of management of TI.

  I remember selecting a part of my project and making it or exporting to a file.

  When several parties are rendered/exported in this way, it becomes easier to

  Welcome to the forum of Adobe 'new & improved '. Don't worry, I've been around them for many years, my profile shows and still can't find my way around it again.

  Now, the process you describe is to create a "mini projects", change them completely and then export to DV - AVI Type II w / 16-bit 48 kHz PCM/WAV Audio. It can then be imported into "main project" and assembled in a final.

  Just do your complete Assembly, as things like Transitions will become part of the DV - AVI and to get rid of them, a lot of work.

  You will need to download the extensions of the integration of maven. Set the correct proxy tools-> Preferences-> Web Browser & Proxy and then visit help-> updates. You will find two extensions maven to download.
