• Muse and Business Catalyst not synchronize and I don't know how to solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

  Is there a formatting issue that I don't see? It seems to me that once it downloads on BC, things are converted and will not be converted. It is vital that I can make changes to both the browser and the master file without interruption of the site as a whole and without having to redo work hours which is done via the browser in the editor.

  I spoke with business catalyst support and we have determined that the problem was not with the software but with the process. I just change each page through the site manager and not through the edit tab that was causing my whole question. I appreciate all your help!

  Are you preview site in the edge browser? When you preview the page in the browser Muse create a local server to give you the preview in the browser. With the edge browser, there was a reported issue to access the local server.

  I have a client who needs to move their site from a former supplier that uses Business Catalyst and Muse for their Web site and CMS.  The previous service provider is not very useful, that's why we want to give detailed instructions to move the site to a new account Business Catalyst and then manage the DNS once the site is transferred.  Any idea or the input is greatly appreciated.

  Online Support request to move the site to your new account. Support will probably escalate it and need to audit, the two parties want to do this etc... Ultimately, the site will appear in its new portal partner and they can manage the site as another.

  Individual creative cloud subscription allow you to host 5 free sites with Business catalyst. As you use Student edition, your product does not free sites. To grow your direct site, you pay for it.

  Are you referring to the integration of a third party Blog in Muse site, and then publish them in British Colombia, which items should be stored in the folder sub level?

  Since the end of BC, you can create Blogs and use module on page Muse, on the Colombia-British edition, you can set the directory of the host that created the sub under the root folder.

• Using a model of Muse in Business Catalyst

  How can I use a template I created in Muse for my blog that is hosted on Adobe Business Catalyst? Muse web content creation is much easier and faster. I'm quite familiar with Muse and BC, but I can't figure out how to do.

  Currently, I have created a simple header and footer in British Colombia and inserted {tag_pagecontent}. However, I am much better at manuevering in Muse. I would be also able to be more creative in the Muse.

  It's because BC has created a template out of it file. You need to create and apply this model to a new page within Business Catalyst.

  Please come on in Edition > Preferences in Muse and make sure the 'release with account' has the creative cloud Adobe ID subscription.

  Sign nicely out of the application of the Muse (Help Menu-> logout)

  Then, close Muse.

  Revive the Muse and try to publication.

  Check to see if that solves the problem.
