  I have a Textframe with value ($ 00.00) between two xml tags. a tag for "$" and another for a value (00 h 00).

  Now I find these value (00 h 00) and change value (24.10). If I run the script, removing the price tag XML and updated price.

  My expectation is the value of these update without deleting the XML tag.

  Please suggest me where I made the mistake in the code. Please find the code and screenshot for your reference.

  This is because the XML (opening and closing of the representations) tag is a special character but a generic.

  So the above grep model fails because you have a text like [TAG] $[TAG] [TAG] 00.00 [TAG] is not picked up by the grep engine.

  However there is not (unless I'm wrong) a metacharacter which could identify the brands of tags. You can do this in text F/R, but of course it is not as smooth as grep.

  Bad news is that these special characters are not saved if you F/R on a labeled content (I mean in the above case).

  Good luck for you is that you seem to know the markupTag that host the price = copy_frame so I'd domething like:

  I have thousands of vector files that I need size of 350px X 350px, and then place it on a work plan x 600px-600px.

  Then I need to save it to the web as a PNG with a transparent background.

  Could I do a script for? or is there another way to do it in batches?

  I wouldn't have to open them one by one and resize the work plan then the image and save it one by one as that would take forever.

  (\\+?) will never return more than 1 backslash because the? is telling to find the shortest match. {I would change that to each (\) or (\\{2)}

  You should not attach code to objects.  and you can be able to happen by using a loop.

• Urgent need help with MD3000i

  Got 4 units MD3000i and they were great for 5 years.

  Perform maintenance on the switches and power to one of our media.

  Have a 2 nodes and MD3000i for our SQL cluster.

  Power off both nodes of the cluster SQL while rewiring of SAN switches. We leave on the MD3000i chassis, but I do not think that this could be a problem.

  Subsequently realised could not contact the management for SAN ports.  This is not uncommon and usually a stop and restart did the trick.

  In this case off the power to the chassis, powered back and two controllers just restart before initiallizing the iSCSI port.  They ping, but software cannot connect before they reset again. Used the serial cable and watched the boot process, lists a panic - irreconcilable ITA database before they reset.  Can't find anything about a database of the ITA.

  Tried to use one or the other cards but no difference.

  Finally pulled the readers and it would be starts fine but show no group of disc or anything.

  Even with a drive in the chassis, it would go back to the problem.

  Biggest problem is that we discovered the most recent backups of our SQL production was on another partition on the SAN.

  Really be a life saver if anyone can point me to something more to try or a guru.

• Need help with WRT54G2 and network at home

  OK, I got the WRT54G for a long time and recently updated for the WRT54G2 but now can't access the file sharing and running Windows Vista from Windows XP using wireless.

  Here is my set upward,

  Desktop running Windows Vista connected to the router (that's the computer with folders and printers)

  2 - Windows XP laptop computer connected wireless

  All 3 are defined on the same workgroup can be seen on Windows XP machine when you go to, favorite network, also all can get on the internet.

  Any ideas what the problem might be? I'm guessing a setting somewhere but I was not able to find it.

  After a lot of research and help from this forum, I finally got to work, it was a firewall issue

• Possible bug in inDesign CS5 with find and change

  This could be a problem with my script, or it may be a bug, not sure.

  The script is used to find a double space in a text fragment and change to single space.

  It only works once when it is run.

  To make it work again you must close and reopen inDesign.

  Here is the code:

  Is it possible to run multiple searches and replace queries both in Dreamweaver 8?
  
  Currently I have:
  
  Find: current Document
  Search: Source Code
  Find: ToR
  Title: < acronym 'Mandate' = > ToR < / acronym >
  Options: Match case and find whole words
  
  I have search and replace about 12 acronyms on each page, and I was wondering if I can create a search and replace the query that includes all my acronyms or do I have to manually run these 12 single queries every time?

• I need help with copy and paste does not

  I already asked this question, but no one seems to want to help or does not know the answer.  I can't afford to pay microsoft $49 help. It is their dang opertating system and you would think they would help the customers who buy their products.  Don't think!  Please, someone help me.  I am a graphic designer and need to copy and paste all the time, but it does not work.  It's so frustrating.  Should have bought a Mac time... next.  If no one here can help... where can I go for help?  Here the question again.

  Copy and paste the orders have stopped working in all my software programs (Photoshop, CorelDraw, Corel Painter, etc.).  When I type "copy", or "control c", it crashes and whatever program I use becomes inoperative, as well as all my programs, until I can get the specirfic program to close.  I ran Services.msc to ensure than the Clipboard (did not find Clipboard so I assumed it was changed to album) has been activated, which he was, but when I click on 'Start service' it says "cannot start service on local computer album.  "Error: 1068: the dependency service or group could start. It started several weeks ago and I have not installed new programs during this period.  Only my computer display was the automatic updates of Windows.  It's very frustrating... How can I copy and paste to work.  I got this computer less then 4 months.  Thank you
