  I'm having a problem with the pop-up window and the url link in flash chart and hoping someone can help me with this.
  
  Here is my select statement for the flash chart and I want to be able to click on any type of device on the table which will appear a window with a report more details of this type of device.

• Problem with the URL link in Flash charts

  I create Flash charts with vertical bars. Now when you click on each bar, I need to show the user a report in popup. According to what bar was clicked report changes.
  I am able to put a link in the graphical query below.
  
  Select ' f? p = & APP_ID.:31: & APP_SESSION. :' link, ID_FK label, SUM (ADJUSTED_AMOUNT) needs
  of 'EMPLOYEE '.

  But I mainly 2 questions,
  
  1. How can I enter for the user to press a particular bar? What should I include in the query to capture each bar graph?
  
  2. I need to open a pop-up when the user has clicked on each bar, does not pass to the page. I tried to include,
  ' open ('f? p = & APP_ID.:31: & APP_SESSION.: "," winLov"," Scrollbars = 1, resizable = 1, width = 700, height = 400 "")' in the link, but query part gave me the error. How can I make this work?

  If you want to pop up page that is out of your site Web then include 'http', else just put as

  JavaScript:popupURL("f?p=&APP_ID:110:&session.")

• Can I create more than one URL link in a single file Flash (SWF)?

  I created a simple SWF Flash slideshow with 5 slides. I was able to relate a URL to the entire file by adding an alpha key.

  What I can't understand is the addition of a URL link to each slide. The SWF file I sused on a website and I would like to be able to click on a particular slide as it's playing to a site or a page that applies to this slide.

  Is there a way or a code I can use to do this?

  You cannot duplicate the instance or function names, so you'll need to create unique names for each one who behaves differently.  If you have a function named 'mouse click '... If you want to have another function to link to somewhere else you must create a new name for this function ("mouseClick2" would work)

  There are alternative approaches, but for now, it will be easier for you to handle.

• Link from flash file/move does not not on a page

  I'll apologize first for what might be a very basic questions. I was sent a SWF to add to a web page. I had the film to work on some pages where I inserted in a model and the model to update these pages. I think that had to insert it in another page and the movie does not work there. That this has something to do with the script in the scripts folder? A conflict any?
  
  Also, I need link the file, a URL, and put brackets around it < a href > does not work. The link to the page should embedded in the swf file?

• Sprite Flash with url link

  I have a flash sprite in my director movie. The flash sprite contains a dynamic text box that will contain links to web pages. My problem is - how to make Director back on when the url was clicked? Usually it is just handled by the flash player and the web page opens. But the Director seems to ignore it. Could use some help with this one.

  I use to have an add-on that would take the addresses displayed as text in the Web pages to display as the link URL. When I would click on the link of the URL, it would open a new e-mail message. What is the name of this add-on or how to get this feature working again in my browser?

  I don't remember using one, but I've heard of the Add-ons that any URL in the "linkify" page is clickable. Maybe they would also "linkify" an email address?

  To work around the problem, you can use the bookmarklet. This is a script that save you as a bookmark so you can click on the bookmark when you want to run. Here's how:

  (1) select and copy the following script (it's actually a long series):

  javascript:var eml=window.getSelection(); window.location.href="mailto:"+eml; void 0;

  (2) a convenient location on your bookmarks bar or Bookmarks Menu with the right mouse button and choose new bookmark.

  (3) paste the script in the location field. In the name field, you can then type mailto or name of your choice.

  Here is an example for the test. Select the address of e-mail using the mouse:

• When I have a link on a page, the page successfully loads, except the address bar still displays the previous URL.

  To develop - I speak no navigation in the frames. Any link on any page simply does not update the address bar URL after loading successfully.

  I have also experienced this since beta 4.

  Perhaps there is a problem with my profiles folder, really, I don't want to wipe it down.

  Probably caused by an extension you have installed, as perhaps AVG Safe Search?

  Basic typo: you herf instead of href:

  Note that the display using .

  ...\
  

  Tags means that it is not necessary.
