URL of WebServices acess

In BES approx. What is the best way to store & access the URL of an APA webservices.

-L'application is deployed using BES

Don't want to hardcode the URL in the application.

You can do this by adding parameters in the JAD file.  Please see the following article in the knowledge base for more information.

  • The webservice URL in connections.xml substitution

    Hello

I started to learn the MAF Oracle recently, with the current available content in articles and documentation, I had an overview of the use of SOAP or REST services.

We intend to achieve a business application. My question is related to the URL of webservice data control.

When I create the Web service data control, the url is stored in connections.xml. This way I can actually work with my webservice deployed locally. but in real life, I can't know the url from the outset because it depends on the implementation and which server the services had been deployed. Considering this, how can I replace the url that is used by the MAF for data controls. What would be the typical approach that we must follow?

    Thank you

    Siva

Siva, the solution to this is a CRG feature called "Service Configuration".  Essentially your application at startup can reach out to a remote WEBDAV server and download several files including the connections.xml file, which would contain any change in the URL.

See the section in the dev guide: http://docs.oracle.com/middleware/mobile200/mobile/develop/maf-web-admin.htm#ADFMF23868

  • abstractWSDL points to the physical host name when using URL loadbalanced

Document tracking "Oracle® Fusion Middleware Enterprise Deployment Guide for Oracle SOA Suite 11 g Release 1 (11.1.1) E12036-04" to implement soa suite 11 g PS2 in two node cluster environment.

    Hostname SOA physical server (SOAHOST1 & SOAHOST2)

More SOA is configured with the virtual host name (SOAHOST1VHN1 & SOAHOST2VHN1 Port: 8001) and loadbalancer URL is http://soa.mycompany.com:7777.

Successfully completed installation and the steps of post-installation as update callbackServerURL and serverURL to http://soa.mycompany.com:7777

    Also updated HttpServerURL as http://soa.mycompany.com:7777.

Composite SOA successfully deployed to the cluster from jdeveloper soa and tested control of Fusion middleware 11g (EM) webservices. And his works fine.

When I goto page to Test Composite, the WSDL and endpoint URL appear as expected is http://soa.mycompany.com:7777 / soa-infra/services/default/ccValidation/getStatusByCC? WSDL and http://soa.mycompany.com:7777 / soa-infra/services/default/ccValidation/getStatusByCC

But when I access the WSDL in the abstractWSDL browser is having hostname of the server that is mentioned below. Cause this problem by calling this webservice of some other jdeveloper 11g bpel processes. When I enter the url http://soa.mycompany.com:7777 WSDL / soa-infra /... in Web service activity (after placing the activity in the corridor of "External References") and wire BPEL to webservice, WSDL url in webservice is changed to http://soahost1.mycompany.com:8001 / soa-infra /... and wiring is faulty.

Since soa suite managed server is configured with the virtual host name, the wsdl file is accessible only by using their virtual hostnames (SOAHOST1VHN1 & SOAHOST2VHN1) and load balancer url. Access WSDL using the physical hostname soahost1 would result in "Page not found" error. Why Jdeveloper isn't able to wire bpel with webservice component.

    Question:

Is there any configuration that I need to change for this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards
    Kumar

  • Please insert your URL here for Exchange-what does Web service?

I'm trying to compile the videophone on my own Web server application. I've made a few changes to the python script to work with mySQL, and I think I'm almost there. I get an "error HTTP update" and I was wondering if it has something to do with this line:

Please insert your URL of WebService here to swap the

    private const WebServiceUrl:String = " " http://www.mydomainhere.com/cgi-bin/reg.cgi ";

Seems this code good to you? I'm I supposed that it points to the Python script?

    Thank you very much.

This path seems correct, assuming that you placed your script in your web server's cgi - bin directory and called reg.cgi.  try to access the web service manually (as with a web browser, curl or telnet) and review of access and your web server error logs.

Thank you for your answer Simon.

I solved the problem. The problem was with the configuration of MDS. When I start the MDS, the command prompt was starting and outputs instantly without any error message. I have gone through several forums and all and atlast I know that the JDK installation had some problems. I corrected which and when I set the classpath to do this, the application works well.

I am posting this because I spent about 10 days to fix this and I hope that maybe this post will help someone else who is facing the same question.

We need to access the webservice ATG. I got an instance with port # ATG.

As a first step, I try to get the WSDL for ex: createOrderFromXML. I just took this as for example WSL and tried suite

-At Firefox using the url issued; http://localhost:18840 / trade/order/createOrderFromXML? WSDL.

I'm a stateful HTTP 404 response page: resource request (order/trade/createOrderFromXML? WSDL) is not available.

Am I missing a few steps here. Please help me to spend with pointers and steps to access the WSDL file.

Also do I need to send the connection first call to access and then call the specific WSDL.

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Thank you
    Harish Kumar

Did you include the module of Web service you are trying to access your ear?
    For example: domain controllers. WebServices
This includes the prepackaged webservices createOrderFromXML.

Then access using url of webservice wsdl

    http:// hostname: port/trade/order/createOrder? WSDL

    and endpoint url will be

    http:// hostname: port/trade/order/createOrder/createOrder

    Hope this helps

  • How to change IP address of the web service proxy.

    Hello

I created an AppModule and expose as a serviceInterface. I deployed this project in the server and then created the Web service proxy by giving the IP address of the server in WSDL.

Now I have deployed the same application in different server and manually change the IP address of the proxy Web service methods. But he's still point to the previous server.

I don't want to regenerate the web service proxy. Is it possible to manually change the IP address in the generated Web proxy service method? Or I have to regenerate their?

Configure endpoint URL in WebService DataControl and Proxy

  • *. Java compile for cfinvoke

I am trying to connect to a web service that uses complex in complex data for its parameter types.

I am constantly errors trying to invoke the web service and it was recommended by someone on this list (M. Andreyev) I do the following:

1 use wsdl2java (CF_HOME/runtime/bin) providing the URL of webservice WSDL to create the java code.
    2. create java classes by compiling the java code created in step 1
    3. create the classes in step 2 jar files
    4. place the jar file in CF classpath or just copy it into the directory of CF_HOME/lib
5 using the < cfscript > create the required objects, arrays and other arguments and provide it to the web service method call.

It is not as simple as it sounds (well, not in someone who isn't that interaction with java contains a cup).

    1. use wsdl2java tool (CF_HOME/runtime/bin) tsupplying URL of WSDL Web service to create the java code.

This has been done. The tool creates a series of subfolders under C:\CFusionMX7\runtime\bin which ends in a folder named schema

Diagram of the Interior are six other folders that contain each 1 and 111 .java files

[EDIT] I think that I have a part of the work problem.

    2. create java classes by compiling the java code created in step 1

    This has not been done.

My javac command line is: javac @filename-verbose - source 1.4

I get a total of 100 errors and 33 warnings

All errors are on this theme:

    C:\CFusionMX7\runtime\bin\...\AccommodationRoomT
ype. Java: 10: package org.apache.axis.encoding does not exist
public class AccommodationRoomType implements java.io.Serializable, org.apache.
    {axis.encoding.SimpleType}

The common theme in the error messages is:

    package org.apache.axis.something does not exist

I do not use javac correctly or is he just fight to compile the code generated by wsdl2java?

    Thank you
    Neal

    Neal,

Here is the command that you use to compile java classes. I should have mentioned that before that you must include the jar a few in the order itself

    disapproval javac - classpath C:/CFusionMX7/lib/axis.jar; C:/CFusionMX7/lib/XML-APIs.jar; C:/CFusionMX7/lib/saaj.jar; C/C FusionMX7//lib/jaxrpc.jar; [path_to_java_folder] / *.java

Thus, in the details, you must specify - classpath, then parameter of disapproval and include 3 libraries separated by semicolons (;). In the end, you will need to pot point (.) and then provide the path to your java files. You must repeat this step for all files that were created in step 1. As you can see, among the included pots it is axis.jar file, so that should fix all your mistakes.

Let me know how it goes.

  • Provide the Webservice not generating corresponding WSDL URL link based on the service operation.

    Hi all

The webservice to provide link generates the corresponding WSDL URL based on the Service operation.

For example, we currently have two service operations namely creating and updating. We use the e-mail of lines. Provide the Webservice correct WSDL URL generated link to the create operation, but it provides the same URL for the update operation as well. kindly share your knowledge if you guys ever faced similar problem.

    Concerning

    Lherault

    Hakan,

I agree with you that service operations are childs of Services. I am trying to create URLS for the operations of specific service because of the requirement. So if this is the case, then the URL must be different, I think. I tried your logic of selection of all service operations and generate a unique URL for this service. But when I tried to open the URL in Internet explorer all I could find under the label of operation name is a Service operation and not any other selected. I went and checked under the UTILITIES SERVICE--> Service of Directors. Under the WSDL of the Service operation generaed I deleted the existing generated WSDL and then recreated the URL of the web service to provide and the problem is solved. Thanks for your time and effort Hakan... Very much appreciated.

  • URL of the Web Service, LV2013 vs LV2012 length limits

    (* CROSS POST: http://lavag.org/topic/18435-web-service-url-length-limits-lv2013-vs-lv2012/ *)

(* Please answer in this forum.  I scored the other thread for responses here. *)

A that someone noticed a reduction in the limit on the length of the URL for the Web Services between the versions of LV 2012 and 2013?

Under LV2012, a RESTful web service seems to accept URLS with lengths at least as long as 4096 characters.  With LV2013, the maximum length of URL seems to be 511 characters for RESTful web services as the project item. Unfortunately for me the project, I have converted just travel on this issue. My goal with posting this request here is my understanding of this limitation before deciding the best way to modify my code.  Certainly using POST instead of GET with a long URL is an option, but again, I am looking to understand the change in limitation before choosing a solution.

To illustrate, I enclose three projects for the most part identical, demonstrating the issue.  In each case, the project contains a webservice consisting of a single VI, 'ComputeLength', which takes a string as an input parameter and that returns the length of the string.  The three projects are the following.

    1 LV2012 RESTful WebService.

    2 LV2013 RESTful WebService.

3 LV2013 article project web service.

The web service contains a single VI.  For the relaxing examples, the web service is started by selecting deploy menu of right-click Build specification.  For the example of project item, the web service is started by selecting start in right click menu position of work/WebService. The use of this example is shown with the following URL:

(Note that the port is 8080 for both relaxing examples and 8001 for the project web service point if used in debug mode, which is the default value for the statement above.)

    http://localhost: 8080/webservice/computelength? string = 1234567890

And the output looks like this.

Workaround.  Apparently from 2013 of LV, there is a default limit of 512 to the length of the URL.  The default limit can be overridden as described below.

    Martin

He is Brian in the technique of applications for National Instruments. I am following up about the 511 character limit in your Web Service HTTP request after the port number. After some research, I realized that the problem is related to a web site by default, the setting of the server called "LimitUri", which limits the maximum length of a URL. The default is 512 characters long that's why we are seeing this problem.

There are several ways to modify the URL length limit depending on how you use your web service. If you publish the web service using the Application Web Server can change "C:\Program Files (x 86) \National WebServer\NIWebAppServer.conf" and add "LimitUri 4096" at the end of the file without the quotes.

If you run the Debug Web server simply by clicking start on the web service, and then change "C:\Program Files (x 86) \National 2013\resource\webserver\niwsdebugserver.conf" and add "LimitUri 4096" at the end of the file without the quotes.

  • LV2010 WebService Crash on Windows XP

How to plant the webservice LV2010 XP:

Installation to "hello world" Web service called for example "CCM", create a binding URL for example called "getdata"

This binding must be linked to a VI called getdata.vi.

In other words a web service that must respond to the URL:

    http://127.0.0.1/CJC/GetData?test

In Internet explore, call the Web service by typing the URL:

    http://127.0.0.1/CJC/GetData.VI?test

    to be sure:

    http://127.0.0.1/CJC/GetData?test

This will crash the webservice, showing attached dialog box. Next time you try to deploy the same webservice, a name of user and password dialog box apears. Restart the Application OR web srever can work (Run:services.msc). But at least once, I saw that not work, after which I had to run misblast.exe and spend the majority of my morning resettlement LabVIEW to get back on the right track.

P.S. If you type "http://127.0.0.1/cjc/getdata1?test", you get the expected 404 not found err.

    Hi Soren,

I was able to reproduce the crash you describe, and I produced it to the 256559 to request corrective measures.  Because this particular accident has an easy workaround solution I don't expect to be addressed in 2010 SP1.  I would also like to point out to this accident happen that you must not only include the ".vi 'extension for the web method, but you must also use'?' as a separator of your query.  When you use the end method for your VI and you use "/" to separate your query instead of "?", you will receive a 404 not found error.

Please let me know your thoughts.

  • cRIO, Webservice (REST) and front panel

    Hello

I created a few simple webservice screws for greater application that runs on a cRIO. The webservice screws can be used to send simple commands to the application and give your feedback. So far, I used a LV frontpanel for interaction with the system, but for several reasons, I am looking for another way to do it.

It worked well in the development environment. After deployment webservice screw they have communicated with the application according to the needs and I am able to control the system using simple URL typed in the browser's address bar. Later, I will add static content, but for debugging, it is fine.

The thing is that now I have compiled and deployed the application, and now when I try to open the front panel I get this error message:
"VI requested is broken and cannot be read or controlled."

Previously I did not use the Web OR Application Server, so I installed to use the web services. Are there conflicts between a Web application server and remote server Panel? Any suggestions on how to proceed?

I use LV 2012 and NI RIO 12.0

    Best regards

    Simo

    Hi Simo,

If I understand correctly, you have the following configuration:

cRIO with a Web Service of LabVIEW and several Web Service screw

Some ways to debug deployed screws of LabVIEW Web Service are:

You can have the Service of the Web of LabVIEW deployed in debug and debug remote Web Service of LabVIEW desktop.

You can use a tool like factor to make it easier to apply and test your Web Service screw (similar to go to the url in the browser).

You can create LabVIEW screws of office using the Palette of HTTP Client to test the Web Service.

You mentioned the following"I have compiled and deployed the application, and now when I try to open the front panel... "

I'm a bit confused as this front panel you open. For example, do you mean that a LabVIEW project has been opened on the desktop, the Web Service of LabVIEW in the project has been deployed to the target of RT cRIO, and now, when you open the Web Service screw on the desk to look at the front panel, you get an error message?

  • My native BB app, how to connect to the remote URL and call a Web service method to retrieve the XML base result using Eclipse Version 3.7.2

    Hello

I am new to the development of native applications from BB using JDE. I'm testing Simulator. From my native BB app, I connect a remote URL and call a Web service method to extract some basic result XML.

I need to write a login code remote URL to achieve? If so, how?

So, how can I use this connection object to call the Web service from this URL remotely.

Please help me out of it...

    Many thanks in advance...

What i am doing is, On clicking the "Login" button i want to call the webservice method like below mentioned code...
Here WaveServices is a class and getAllCinemas() is a static method inside which a webservice method call is made..

    loginButtonField.setChangeListener(new FieldChangeListener() {
                public void fieldChanged(Field paramField, int paramInt) {
                    WaveServices.getAllCinemas();
                }
            });

Indeed, the question was raised and answered here:
