1. What is the brand and model of the USB device?
2. the problem occurs only with a specific USB device?
3. What is the brand and model of the computer?
This problem might have occurred because of these reasons:
1 USB drivers are corrupt.
2. USB port does not work.
3. hardware issue.
I suggest you run the hardware troubleshooter to check if it helps.
(a) press the Windows key + C on your keyboard to display the bar of charms.
(b) type of Troubleshooting , and then click solving problems under settings.
(c) now, type Hardware Troubleshooter in the option Search .
(d) click on hardware store to run the troubleshooter.

Why don't Adobe make it clear that the Dehaze tool does not work with stand alone Lightroom 6?
I upgraded to LR 6 because of the Dehaze feature only to find out after that I bought that is not available without subscription of the CC. Very disappointed. Why isn't this clearly from the beginning. ???

I have a problem with the PA3352E - 2 CD 2 CD-RW/DVD COMBO USB 2.0. A colleague is owner of this car and use it on a NB DellC610 with Windows XP on it. The problem is that the drive does not work with this type of nb (with a NB from Fujitsu-Siemens newest there no problems); There is always an error message about "surge." I think it has to do with the USB 1.1 because the player seems to be built for USB2.0. I was told that CC versions of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are available with support right to left languages flawlessly. Most new computers that support USB 3.0 will also have at least 1 or 2 USB 2.0 Ports, not all USB devices that support the new USB 3.0 standard.
