  My Speedgrade CC cannot open first Pro CC projects because it is said that Premiere Pro is a newer version, but both are up to date.

  If that's what you get, the CC app is lying to you. It happens... happens to me also. Check your numbers... lower left of the "Help-> about" screen in PrPro, lower left corner of the top tab of the Panel preferences-wrench, 'About', in SpeedGrade. You may need to scroll down in the Panel of Sg.

  Here's what the current builds are:

  PrPro: 8.2.0 (65)

  SpeedGrade: 8.2x51

  Legacy: 13.2.0.49

  Hearing: 7.2.0.52

  You're probably showing a lower number of SpeedGrade. If so, you need to try a few things...

  (1) open the app Abobe creative cloud on your desktop, log out, & sign... that could fix things it will appear you have an available update. If it isn't...

  (2) download the Adobe CC Cleaner App...

  It lets uninstall THEM and clean all the preferences/cache for the creative cloud app AND SpeedGrade. Then download a new copy of the creative Cloud application, log in and download the new copy of SpeedGrade & install.

  need help to get started with cc. I used the first cs5 for a school project, now, I started a cc membership and downloaded the first yesterday. Now, whenever I start it, it crashes instantly as soon as I put a mts file in the timeline, attempted several times. I have can´t open my projects cs5 in it either.

  No idea what to do here? I also used a cs6 trial version, but only once, I might never reopen, a video driver issue according to some advice I found (I have a computer hp envy laptop). Seems difficult, and I need to work with it urgently.

  In cs5, you have this popup where to fill the framerate and stuff, like mpeg4, before starting, didn t happen in cc...?

  The Module failed (amdocl64.dll) comes from your AMD/ATI Catalyst video driver.

  I would go to the Device Manager, do note the model of your AMD/ATI card, and then click it, go to the driver and take note of the installed video/Catalyst driver version. Next, go to the site Web of AMD and the Driver Downloads. Plug your model of AMD/ATI card and then your operating system and search for a newer driver from catalyst. Download and install cela, restart and test.

• In Adobe bridge slideshow everything looks blurry.  It was not used to look like this.  Can anyone help?

• The use of photographs portrait in first Pro CS4

  I'm new on Premier Pro and want to insert a bunch of pictures in a video I do recent holiday.  Many photos have a portrait orientation, and when I import into Premier Pro, they are automatically turned to the landscape.  Can you tell me an easy way to have the images returned to 90 degrees?  I don't want to show the movement of the flipping - I want just the images to be oriented correctly. I'm fine with a border of padding on the sides of the pictures.  Thank you!

  I use the first Pro CC (2015.3) in the effects box, under Lumetri looks like, there are presets to play with to change the color scheme, however I also found place online where you can download files is to add more options in Premiere Pro. An example, I downloaded some of those looks are:

  Although these files. Look comes from speedgrade, it is supposed to be a way that it can be applied to the clip in Premiere Pro.  Everybody there knows how to do this with. Look at files residing on your hard drive?

  As said in the help files and shown in the tutorials on this by Adobe... for skin files, go to the Design tab, click the drop-down arrow, and navigate to the folder where you keep your files Look. Select one, and it will be applied.

• Reading total failure first Pro CC 2015.4

  I'm on Premiere Pro 2015.4 CC, and tonight my reading the script completely ceased to operate. I am quite at a loss to know what to do.

  I'm on a Mac, OS X 10.10.5

  Processor 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5

  16 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC memory

  Graphics AMD over-pants D500 3072 MB

  Earlier this evening I just edit very well with the first 2015.3, audio for the most adjustments when after making a cut to a nested sequence (I did a lot of other cuts to without problem), reading has completely stopped working. Space bar did nothing. Nor did hit Play-Stop toggle

  I restarted my computer, but that has not fixed the problem. I then opened the other changes to the mine and reading doesn't work either in any of them (all projects have images that are either digital SLR canon h264 or c100 and c300 sequences).

  So I had to upgrade to 2015.4, but it does not solve the problem.

  After the upgrade, I could open the file several times, but then started getting the error message "this project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No preview of the sequence is preset file or codec may be associated with this sequence. "So I google, because I need reconnection to CC I did. It fixed the error message, but the reading still does not work.

  After the upgrade and the reconsignation in a single file, I tried opening gave my an error message about a codec missing Dolby that hits good would be to install (or something like that I did not take a screenshot of it). I hit very well, but do not know if the codec is installed.

  Right now, I can't get any reading in any scenario. If I double click on the images, I can't get the reading in the source monitor window (with hitting the space bar or the Play-Stop button). It goes the same for audio clips. I can rub my deadlines and see the images (but not the sound, even if I'm the first to rub audio).

  If I create a new project and import a footage item, only put them in a sequence, I can't put reading on it (or get the reading in the window of the source monitor). If I return the clip in the timeline I get always reading about it.

  If I try to return the timeline (for test I tried Apple RoRess 422 HQ and h264s) I get the error

  Try to send back to Media Encoder doesn't seem to work but I don't get an error message, it shows everything just never in the queue

  I can't make a single audio clip or video clip, if I select in the project window and press command M and make just to get out.

  After trying the renders, now when I scrub the timeline, the image is not rubbing, it's stuck.

  Another thing which is the strange thing is, if I first open and go to file/open and select a file, it closes all project I open, but not open the new file until I have to reselect.

  And if I type the command Q to exit first, it closes the window, but first remains open. I have to enter a second time to exit.

  Someone has an idea of what I can do to fix this? It's a pretty big problem.

  Cub, I guess whatever it took, it was me post on the problem to fix. Looks like that first hated something cutting in the nested sequence that started this whole mess, and everything that went wrong in first reading this Cup would be wrong to open other files. Removing the Cup, save the file, creation of quit and then reopen it solved the problem.

• How do you export a first pro CC project directly on the disc DVD-R to the point Windows 8.1

  I was helping a friend to produce a video for his mother's funeral using the trial version of first Pro CC.  I want to export it directly to DVD disc, in media encode I choose disc DVD-R to exit and enter a name for the file. I would then export, but it won't burn it directly to disk in a temporary burn folder, I can drag the created file in the drive before it will burn.  I would like to be recognized as a DVD drive and not a data disc.  Can someone advise me please how to do it please that the funeral is at 14:00 today and he currently 4.16 am. I was watching the video tutorials and I'm frustrated.

  Sorry, but you cannot author a dvd-video with the trialversion. You must still CS6 which has no trial.

  Maybe its possible with first elements 13 of the trial, he build a dvd program.

  I tried to do this with Mac OS 10.7, but did not find the Lumetrio film leans on my hard drive.  I searched every Adobe file I could find and even found a subfolder called Lumetri, but there is almost nothing on the inside.

  Go to application folder > first Pro CC. Click right on the first Pro CC.app and content packaging show the selection. Then, go to content > Lumetri.

• Premiere Pro CS6 vs first Pro CC via Adobe CC installation problems

  Used Adobe CC to install first Pro CC, but instead CS6 version has been installed and is listed as a "previous version", and I can't open the program. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times, as well as doing the 'cleanest' thing, without result. I also paid for a monthly ' ' first Pro CC - still no effect. (it seems to be no possible way for me to actually install and run first Pro CC)

  I tried to find some prime Pro on my computer and it does not exist.

  Sorry, but the Premiere Pro is supported only with 64-bit operating systems (you have 32-bit).

• Why I can't use Lumetri on first Pro CC?

  I installed first Pro CC and CC speed category. I saw the tutorial on adobe tv, but when I select "lumetri" in the Adobe Premiere effects Panel, and the small box opens so I can choose the looks/LUT, I did not choose any look.

  I've looked everywhere in my computer and I don't have these files installed in my computer. How and where can I get them?

  You can create the Look in SpeedGrade export then the LUT to your hard drive (just click the button Save look on the appearance tab in the category of speed after specifying the location of the export in the Panel looks to the right)

  You can then use the LUT, you created for the ranking in the first through the Lumetri effect.
