  You have used a form of e-mail field to create 'Appetite' section. This is the reason for which form registers an error as its not able to recognize an e-mail here entry.

  email form field is a required field for form of Muse. Please rename back to e-mail and also to create another field in form in the widget forum (go to the Option to form and enter a single-line text field) and it should work properly.

  I developed a page and you want to use information from a simple contact form that has changed so that the custom fields and one of the fields has used a widget of third party to provide a date picker.  I figured out how to change the button submit to go to my javascript, but may not know how to read the values in the fields in the form.  Does anyone know how to do?  PS - I did the form in Muse but exported the HTML to Dreamweaver to add javascript code.

  What you're trying to do is beyond the scope of Muse. Remember that any changes in Dreamweaver will be replaced again the next time that you open it in Muse.

  You cannot remove field by Muse web form email address. You can try to incorporate forms of third party like jotform.

  The form of a Simple Contact on our site is not letting users enter their names and e-mail addresses.  The other fields for cell phone and Message are working well.

  I though this might be a problem with the hosting, but the site is hosted on Business Catalyst (badfishy.businesscatalyst.com).

  I created other test sites and insert the Simple Contact form which worked perfectly, so I'm not sure what I did to the main site to cause this problem.

  Any help would be appreciated muchly.

  I checked the site and it seems that the frame of the accordion is extended to the covering page so 2 fields in form because of which fields are not active because they are behind the plot of the accordion.

  Please reduce the accordion framework such as the fields of the form are not behind the frame and then it should work.

  Are using your 11.1.1.6.1 version? If Yes, then you need to add the name of your servlet in 'excludeURL' list of comments ReqAuthConfig.xml or 'Authentication filter application' in the Web.XML as this filter request you send. This is a new filter, they added in this version.

  You can also drag and drop on Next, Previous, first, last from the data control panel like buttons (it comes under the node for the data collection operations),

• When I try to change a simple contact form the editing box disappears when I click it - any ideas?

  I do the usual click on the form to change. The black box 'options' is displayed, but no click of the mouse on any part of the area (including the bit that needs editing) makes the whole box disappear.  Someone knows a way around until this bug is fixed - I have clients to lose the potential of contacts and money!

  I found a temporary solution - I went back to the previous version of Muse (I had only updated earlier today) and the context menu was still working.

  I must admit to being disappointed with the last version; my mouse button does not work on some sections and I have to resort to using the keyboard arrows to navigate. I stick with the older one who works until a few other updates have arrived. TIP - don't uninstall previous versions or save files (use a new name for each version of muse) - you will need them!

  I would like to summarize, you don't waste time. Order form the Muse worked on the smtp Protocol, you need two things: 1) if traffic is important, you will need your own SMTP server. You should buy software (public SMTP is not reliable), being able to install and configure.   You can use absolutely any e-mail service, including Outlook.com. But only if she allows the hosting provider. If your webhost does not allow this, you must change your hosting provider. It is not a question of Muse, that is the question for your hosting provider.

• Control the reply contact form address

  I have a contact form on my site. Everything works fine apart from when I receive a submission by e-mail reply address is [email protected], in order to respond to the email with the contents intact, I copy and paste the address from the body of the email. I change a setting somewhere that caused it start giving my address as the reply-to, which is not better, of course!

  I'm sure there is a simple solution to this, but I can't find the configuration settings. Any help with this is received with gratitude.

  Sound notification e-mail address you can change the system email, Admin > Site Manager > system Emails > Workflow Notification

• Customizing fields using the BC &amp; DW form builder

  I've created a form, "pre-order" as follows:

  1. CRM > extend CRM database, where I created the CRM data fields
  3. Web Forms > Add Web form > I added the form default CRM 'contacts' fields in the form BC Builder
  5. I then downloaded the form using DW and customize the fields; example: changed "at home" to "delivery address", removed the 'cell phone' field, changed "telephony" to "primary phone"...

  After pressing this form dates back to BC, I tested the form and the fields that I had custom data not in the CRM.

  Can someone help me with this problem?

  Thanks for your reply. In fact the form of CRM data works (data capture to CRM). His section of default contact form, where I customized fields that does not work. I now work with my 3rd BC tech on it as I write this response.
