  I am trying to install CS5 on my computer, but I guess that I used all the available slots. I used it on my old computer mainly everything using it also on my old laptop to the back upward. Now that I don't have access to one of these computers, I'm pretty damn good. Where can I go to get things rectified? I spent a lot of money on this sequel, and I can't afford to further improve.

  @Robban, just to make things clear, for CS6 serial key will not work with the installation of CS5.5, because both are two different applications. So, as Mylenium says, you won't be able to buy CS5.5 now as its not available for sale more.

  I had a big problem with the CS5 Installer (PDapp.exe). When it is run as part of an attempt to install or uninstall Creative Suite 5 it runs for a few seconds and then disappears without a trace. It is a difficult problem: put it this way, I spent more than 4.5 hours to talk to the people of Adobe in India, and it is grown twice without a solution!

  If I understand correctly, CS5 basically uses its own installation software, rather than rely on the standard windows installer of bog (I don't have a problem with Lightroom or Acrobat, I use windows install).

  My finger of suspicion falls on Adobe AIR because I have a similar problem with a piece of software NETGEAR that uses Adobe AIR: it runs, and then disappears without a trace.

  So my question is: the CS5 Installer depends on Adobe Air?

  Since it is a forum of number, not many people here can see that you have a serial number.  Running older software on the latest machines is always questionable.  There are many applications, I sitting on discs (some 3.5 or 5 inch disks) in a box that won't do anymore of that for the rest of their lives.

  If the disk has a problem then you should try to download instead.

  "Dreamweaver CS6 and earlier"version is compatible with the Extension of MX at CS6 managers. This includes CS5.5

  I still understand why Adobe created such a mess with the extension managers and all incompatibilities between versions and formats. Creation of a universal extension manager should not such a problem.

  I had a hard drive crash and installed a new hard drive in a macbook mid 2012 pro.  I am running OS X El Capitan.  I am trying to download and install Adobe CS5 Design Standard.  I click on the link at the following link https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-product-downloads.html for the dmg file. Mac.   Once, he finished his download that I click on the folder of Adobe CS5 Design standard and it opens a folder with the install.app file. When I click on this file I get an error message which reads "'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image.  'Install' is the disk image 'DesignStandard_CS5_LS1.dmg' Safari download this disc on February 13, 2016.  He invites me to "eject disk Image ' and that's the end of it."    Any help would really be appreciated
