user and replication group

Hi all

is there a way to replicate the list of users and the list of groups of one IX4 to another? I am mirroring one device to another in a different location, but need it to be ready and accessible with the last amendment to permission lists.

Thank you very much

NP

With the new 4.1.xxxxx of the firmware, you can use configuration up and restore and use it on another device again.

  • How can I add and synchronize groups and AD users after a successful installation?

    Hello

Maybe I don't see the wood from the trees.

I have successfully installed a working environment of the Horizon.

Now, I would like to add a few new users and AD groups, so that they would be synchronized with Horizon Workspace.

If I am logged on as admin-account on the portal of the workspace, and I can see the tab "users and groups".

There, I also see synchronized users during the installation, I added.

But how can I add and synchronize the users in my ad?

    Kind regards

    André

AD synchronization is done automatically on the schedule that you specified during the Setup installation ad part. You can change it and thus force a manual synchronization. But it is done on the connector and not the ordinary administration portal. You access your connector by using https:// Connector_URL:8443

  • creating users and roles of WL server for an application that is secured by security ADF

    Greetings

I have an application that uses the security of adf, pre-deployment I created the users and roles to grant access or permissions to certain pages in mid CA. the thing is that I need to know if its possible to create users and roles through my the weblogic Server console and that roles and users can have permissions in my app I try but the only thing that works is authentication... I can not pass authorization

    Thanks for your help

    It should work very easily.

What you have to do is give the domain name as domain (default myrealm) weblogic, this step you already have you're abe to authenticate.

Now in jazn-"Data.xml", there are 2 types of roles. Application role & business role. Select business roles when assigning permissions. These should also be the same roles myrealm.

You can also use the application role and have a relationship between the application role & business role.

Only the care you need to take are to deploy the application in the EAR file, deployed a flag there migrate suite security users and security groups object. Deselect it.
When you use the user groups and migrate the Application roles.

  • List of users with associated groups

Is there an easy way to generate a list of users of the APEX and their associated groups? I know how to get the current user and how to determine what groups they belong, but looking for a simple query I can run to generate a complete list of users and their associated groups.

    Thank you

    If you want to return the application assigned to a user group, you can use the intersection WWV_FLOW_GROUP_USERS table. For example;

    SELECT GroupName
    OF wwv_flow_group_users
    WHERE user_id = (SELECT user_id
    OF wwv_flow_users
    WHERE user_name = "MRITTMAN")

list of all the groups to which the user is "MRITTMAN".

Eliminates so for all users and their groups, where clause...

(You'll need read rights to the view of some dba denies the rights of reading to these objects in the name of security...)

  • How can I remove comments from the users and groups

I have my in my users and groups in the system preferences a user snd invited another user

    How can I remove them

Go to Preferences system-> users and groups, and then press the lock to allow you to change the settings. Then choose 'user comments' in the sidebar and uncheck "Allow clients to connect to this computer". This will not make this option disappear, but after that you will not be able to use the Guest user.

«Respect for the other user, simply choose it in the sidebar and press on the '-' button.» Make sure that no one uses this user.

  • How can I check if a user belongs to a certain group of field and see what are the permissions that the user has on a specific group "administrator, user and guest"?

I can't check in a group of area if a user is "administrator, user and guest.

I'm using labview 2012 in the windows domain.

I think that there are tools. NET to resolve this, but could not yet.

Attached a file that checks if a user belongs to a group in the area, but without the information of privileges.

In the past, I used the command line.  Use ' Net User % username / Domain % domain % ' to get information about the user.  Actually, I don't have the right to see the other commands, so I don't know how it works now.  .NET looks more elegant, but I never used it for that.

  • Suddenly can't access local users and groups permissions list

In computer management (my computer / manage) "Local users and groups" icon has a red x on it and when I click on it I get this message:

    Local users and groups
Unable to access the computer {computer name} toa. The error was: library not registered.

How can I find which library is not registered, so I can register?

BTW, this is one of several very similar problems that began to arrive after the last update of Microsoft Windows Vista.

    Hello GCCarvill,

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft answers Forum.

If you have a system restore point, before applying the updates would be the fastest way to restore the library file
who is missing. Use the following article to restore to an earlier point in time. Don't forget to create a manual restore point before using an earlier version of the operating system.

936212 KB - how to repair the operating system and how to restore the configuration of the operating system to an earlier point in time in Windows Vista
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/936212

You can also create a manual system restore point so that you can restore in case of problems.
How to create a system restore point manually:
Right-click on the computer icon in the desktop, then choose Properties
In the left pane, click System Protection
Alternatively, to directly access the System Protection tab, click Start and type SystemPropertiesProtection.exe.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Click the System Protection tab and then click on create.
In the System Protection dialog box, type a description, and then click on create.

After the search for the other forums, I found another user having a similar problem. They used a tool called FileMon and after comparison, they discovered a file called activeds.tlb was missing. They have restored a copy in the system32 directory and
was then able to access the local users and groups successfully. You can download a copy of FileMon of:
    http://www.sysinternals.com

If please reply back and let us know if it helped to solve your problem or if you need further assistance.

    Thank you

  • Don't Win 7 Home Premium no local users and groups under computer management

I am trying to create local groups, but when I go into computer Managemmt as an admin there no option groups in the tree.  Aide said it is in "computer Management\System Tools\Local and Groups\Groups users", but the only options I have under system tools are planner of the event viewer, shared folders, Performance and device - not local users and groups management tasks.  No idea how I can get access to this?

  • Win 7 Pro - all users in local users and groups

Hello I have a new install of Windows 7 Pro with two users; Administrator (built in) and my personal user (CCzahor). I can connect to windows very well with both users.  When I right click my computer and manage them, there is no user appearing in "users and groups / users.  However, if I go to groups, double-click 'Administrators', I see Director listed, and I see CCzahor under "users".  In addition, when I run lusrmgr.msc, I see the same thing as described above, but when I run netplwiz.msc, I see the admin and CCzahor displayed in the list.

It is not functionally a problem, but rather a nuisance than anything else.  Any ideas?

    Hello

Please provide a detailed description of the issue.

I understand the inconvenience you encountered. I will certainly help you with information.

Note: Users and groups is located in computer management. A collection of administrative tools that you can use to manage a local computer or a remote computer. Please see the link below.

    Local users and groups overview

    https://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc770756.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

Important: Under local users and groups, you must click users to see users and groups. And if the two accounts you have in the system have administrator permissions, it's going to be reflective under the administrator group.

I hope this information is useful.

Please provide us with the information above to help you best.

  • Why isn't the local users and groups in Windows 7 Home Premium active?

Unfortunately, the page of "Compare editions" for Windows 7 does not show that it is disabled for Windows 7 Home Premium.  So, I think that Microsoft is engaged in false advertising by activating only not this snap-in Control Panel.

Bottom line is: I need to access the Panel to ensure that I am in the Visual Studio debugger users group.  So, I can't debug anything.  The software does not work properly.

Microsoft should immediately activate this feature.

I'm sorry, but no original version of Windows has always included local users and groups .

I recommend posting your question in the MSDN Visual Studio Forums , where other developers can answer. They know how to do what you want.

    1. click on the start planet.
    2. type the three letters cmd in the search box.
    3. press on Ctrl + Shift + Enter
    4. click on "run as Administrator".

The field 'Users and groups' in the page of Provisioning in TMS (14.3.2) is hardly visible. It works fine in IE. There is no way to the scale of the field.

Is there a known browser incompatibility?
