user license use on 2 computers

I understand that I should be able to use a user license attributed to me by the administrator of the team on my desktop and my laptop. But after I installed on the laptop I download to my desktop and it says that it is already in use on 2 computers. How can I find out where it is used and how to disable the one that isn't true?

Can I use my software on two computers?

If you have, or the main user, a single-user license or volume Adobe product that is installed on a computer at work, you can also install and use the software on a secondary the same platform, home computer or a laptop. However, you cannot run the software simultaneously on both primary and secondary computers.  Not more than one user can use a product from Adobe single-user license.  Note: The AVL customers must purchase two different licenses to use both operating systems, even if they have two different computers. They can only use the same license on another computer (not simultaneously) with the same platform at home.

It is actually for my boss for all help timely is appreciated!

    Hi Rebecca,.

According to the end-user license agreement listed above at all moment that you can use your license purchased on upto 2 computers.

  • Features that work with but not named user license with instrument permit.

    Hello
Anyone know any difference between license username and an instrument for Adobe Acrobat DC permit?

I have an instructor who opens Acrobat DC in a Windows7, 64-bit environment. She can go to file > open and open an .xlsx, .pptx, .docx .jpg, .psd or .indd file and Acrobat DC will open the file and convert it to a PDF file automatically. She has a license of user name.

However, in our lab environment, where the computers hardware, I can use this feature for all Office products and .jpgs. but when I try to open a .psd or .indd, I get an error message saying "you must be connected to the Internet and connected to Acrobat to use this feature. Please check and try again. »

This feature (to be able to open documents CC & convert automatically in Acrobat) available only for named user licenses?

    Thank you!

    Hello

Yes it is true that it is recommended to disable the desktop app creative cloud for the device licenses to ensure that activation does not break due to updates.

However, if you install it and you make sure that you do not install an update using creative cloud desktop application, although it will prompt you to do so, you can perform the task you are trying to do.

It is mandatory that if you install desktop application creative cloud with a license of the device it should be signed using the ID of the Admin only. In this way, you can use the feature you want to use in Acrobat. Otherwise, you will not be able to use this feature with a license of creative cloud device.

  • License for one, multiple computers

My current license allows only two computers that will be in use. However, I have three computers - laptop, office and Home-office - all for the same user.

None of the plans allow for three computers? If not, is it possible to update to add an additional computer? I wish that all three computers to be connected to the same adobe id.

    Your Cloud membership allows you

    1. to install the software on as many computers as you want,
    2. to activate the software to be used on up to two computers at the same time,
    3. to use the software on one computer at a time

You can turn on or off activations (help > Sign In, help > Sign Out) between machines according to the computer you are working on at the time. Who would be in your workflow?

  • Single user license agreement

    Hello

I'm trying to find out if for Lightroom single user license extends to allow members of a same family houses all share and use the software (my husband and me). We have no more copies in Lightroom than which are permitted by the license agreement (2 copies) - a personal computer of my husband and the other on our office and will not make other copies.

We have difficulties with this issue because it only seems to be ' single user ' and ' company/multi-user' agreements presented. We do not match users with multiple business but we do not want to assume single user: use "single family".

    Thank you!

I posted this in a race against the cat with an Adobe representative. They came back to me and after that explain our number of copies of the computer remained at 2 and it was the copy on both computers is shared by an immediate family member in the same household, this was said to be within the limits of the single user license agreement.

Thank you for taking the time to post your answer!

  • CS6 license - installation on two computers

License says I can install CS6 on two computers, but I can't run them both at the same time. What happens when I have, let's say by accident, will run both programs at the same time? Second, it does not start or I'm having some trouble with my driver's license? Is there another way to prevent the two programs running side just being careful?

What happens when I have, let's say by accident, will run both programs at the same time?

Don't think that something will happen. I did regularly without any problems with the perpetually licensed software (but since I joined the cloud where it is enjoyed a problem).

Worst case, if they are on the same network, is that you will see a prompt asking you to close a single instance of the software before opening another.

The EULA (End User License Agreement) for the cloud has been relaxed so that you can run two copies at the same time.

  • ALWAYS the end-user license agreement appears with invites to PRINT, ACCEPT or REFUSE them all products ALL MS Office are open - all MS products are ENABLED!

I've just updated from XP Pro on WINDOWS 7 OS _ I reinstalled my MS Office 2003 product set and they were almost OK. My problem - ALWAYS the end-user license agreement appears with the prompt to PRINT, ACCEPT or DECLINE each time I try to use one of the MS office products is open. It's not a big deal, but it's annoying to get that invites each and everytime I open WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, etc.

What can I do to solve this problem.

  • SSL VPN 25 user license - impossible to get more than 2 SSL VPN connections

    Hello

I just installed a user license user Premium 25 for SSL VPN on my Cisco ASA5505.  Even though it states that the license is installed I get still only two client Anyconnect SSL VPN connections and the third fails systematically.  What Miss me?

Thanks for posting to the forum and that the problem has been resolved, and what caused the problem and what has been done to solve the problem. It's the most useful forum when people can read on a problem and can also read what the problem turned out to be and what was done to solve the problem, I think that it is also a good example to remind us that sometimes, the problem is not in our configuration, or even in the area that we administer. So sometimes we have to look beyond our normal home to find the source of the problem.

The question mark it resolved makes it even more obvious to readers that they will find a solution to the problem. So thank you to mark the issue as resolved.

  • Convert device named user licenses

    Hello

I am a computer scientist at my University and try to convert our Marketing team to license user name of materials. What should I do to achieve this? When I disabled the device licenses, it says just that the "license for this computer has been denied", but do not give me the ability to connect to the Adobe ID associated with who was invited to the team for user licenses.

How can I use lightroom or photoshop on my laptop, when I open it, it says only, I use on two computers and I have already two I have Mac at home.

    Hi moving,

You can use Lightroom or Photoshop on two computers using a single license.

If you want to use on the third computer, you should disable any previous machines and turn it then back on the 3rd machine.

You can also consider getting another license or subscription to your other computer.

    Hello

If you have used creative cloud package manager to build your package, then please note the following.

1 acrobat is what we call an exception and are located in the folder of Exceptions. To install it, you must use the correct settings which are noted in the text of the Exceptions, and can also be found here. https://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/Packager/using-exceptions-Deployer.html

Then run the following command before you deploy your msi

    exceptionDeployer.exe - workflow is install - mode = pre - installLanguage = de_DE (change the language accordingly).

An example script can be found here: http://pastebin.com/nktBUZdL

    2. in creative cloud links Manager, there is an option to block users from using the Adobe Update Manager. This could explain the problem with the update.

    Thank you very much!

No, not at all. Similarly, Applications (in the Finder), start you Mac applications. In the latest versions of Mac OS, you can also use the launch pad, which does the same thing.

If you think that it is which means 'open', or 'start' or 'run', it would be better, but the 'launch' is the official word from Apple.
