  the company that I work has just signed up to "Cloud for creative teams". If I understand correctly, to reading the other posts, we can install a backup of the seat of each user. It would be very useful for their employees to CC installed on their computers, allowing them to work from home if needed.

  Just so I'm clear, are there licensing issues when creative cloud has been paid by a company, currently in use on the computers of the company, but also installed on a computer at home employees who belongs to them personally.

  Is this allowed in the Adobe license agreement?

  I read FF posts of the community, and it seems to be a problem with a lot of ppl. It happened for about 3 days now on all our computers at home and work. This cannot just be linked to a computer if this happens for many. I was wondering if there is a general problem with FF, is that what is happening for many users. When I start FF I am lucky to get 10 sec before it does more, ready to give FF film! I use it in safe mode now & use of IE next until I find another solution other than resetting FF. FF should maybe see if there is a problem at their end, & then show us how to fix it.

  To return to regard to extensions, you can view and update the extensions on page modules. Either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. Click the "gear" above the list, and then use the check for updates.

  You can also disable non-essential or unrecognized extensions (or so obviously not good, remove them).

  Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled/removed to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

• Cisco VPN 3000 at work and at home

  I have a Cisco VPN to my desk that I can use to get to my home office network using my VPN client. Unfortunately I can't print on my personal printer (which is on a switch) then I am connected to the VPN. After I disconnect the VPN, I am able to print again at my home printers. What can I do to set this up, so I can see my printers on my way home when I am connected to the VPN to work.

  Diane,

  It is very likely that you use at home the same subnet exists at your office. For example, if you use 192.168.1.X and the VPN is configured to send all traffic through the tunnel 192.168.1.X because it's your office network, you would see this symptom. A simple solution would be to change your home network 192.168.0.X

  I have been using foxmarks/xmarks for more than 3 years. Now after FF upgrade 6.0 at work, I thought it would be a good idea to start using sync FF. So I created a FF account at work and synchronized with a FF server somewhere and they gave me a key of synchronization.

  So, when I came home, I though I'll add my laptop and my iMac to sync FF, but to my surprise, the instructions are that I should add a device on FF where I created my account, which is at work!

  That is why y at - there a way around this, or I have to call my wife to work and do it on the phone?

  Hi LongTom,

  LabVIEW for Windows and LabVIEW for Mac are not only different licenses, the software is actually different. The architecture of operating systems is different enough so that the copy of Windows in LabVIEW and the copy of Mac have different software in them.

  But do not despair, there is a way around this. You can install a virtual Windows on your Mac Machine. This creates an environment on your Mac, which is actually a Windows environment. Once you have done this, you can install the software on your Virtual Machine and it use it.

  The license allows that LabVIEW named users to install on 3 computers at work and another at home, then you are in the terms of the license.
