  I used the blank publication to create my navigation menus. When I click on the tab in the main menu, it displays a menu drop-down. When I saw the site, triggers in my menu drop-down that can be clicked or displayed without having to open the main menu tab. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

  The menu item must be on the same layer.

  But I think you might need to rethink the way in which you built the menu.

  The illustration below shows the menu item with a blank publication as a base, which controls the link up widget and a new feature widget placed inside

  the composition target to control the secondary menu items.

  (making sure to activate - target hide: we roll-out trigger and target for the two widgets)

• Can I add a new trigger to the beginning rather than at the end of a blank publication widget?

  Hi guys,.

  I am creating a page of photo gallery using the widget a blank publication. I want to be able to add new content on a regular basis by adding new pictures to the top (beginning) of the gallery for my most recent photos indicate at the beginning of the gallery.

  Currently, the small + symbol to add another trigger doesn't add a new trigger to the right (bottom) of the trigger group, putting actually newly added content to the rear of the gallery rather than at the front. I am able to get to add a new trigger in the Group and have that trigger to be first in the group to display?

  The widget seems to display the same behavior of the command, so I'm pretty stuck on how to work around this problem. I tried to re - arrange triggers, which became incredibly heavy but everytime I want to add new photos in the Group and move older further down in the order of the gallery.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated with this, cheers, David.

  With composition, adding the image would be as well as the addition to use the most (+) sign which will add next to the previous content.

  At this stage, you would have to re - arrange the triggers or you can display them randomly if you want not to re - organize. Those are the only options.

• How to use the result of widget radio selection to 'show' a text box?

  Hello again,

  I have a question about widgets.

  What I want to do is to take the result of radio button widgets (in this case 1 2 rather long sentences that were available) and which will display a text box on another screen.

  Background: I have a series of slides where I ask the questions of the learner through Radio button widgets and so I get a number of variables (= penalty) they choose.

  The question I have is that I want to display all the choices they made on 1 page. Because the possible answers are relatively long I have run out of space if I simply inserts

  variables to shown as such and/or the police gets too small.

  So my idea is to use the answer that they choose to make a text box with a shorter version of the same appearo of sentence on this slide 'results '.

  So my idea is to have the learner to make their selection, then use a tip action to check what answer (= the option button), they clicked on.

  What I would do through "If XYZ variable ' 'contains (a keyword of the long sentence)' then 'show textbox YZ' etc.

  Question 1: Is this the most simple/more convenient way or I can save me time somwhow?

  2 "contain" a medium of action adv. the exact text or it may be just one of the words (out of the long sentence that could be selected)? I ask because then I have to use the same long exact phrase in the NOA that seems awkward.

  3. I need to create a separate fast action for each radio widget, I've used. Is this correct?

  4 if I then say 5 adv. actions for different questions, I asked what should trigger these advanc. action? The goal is just to shorten the long sentences in the selections made?

  If I use ' enter' for all the screen I just started one, I haven´t?

  Many probably incorrect assumptions, on my part, I guess...

  Any help is greatly appreciated!

  In my example the var who will get the short sentence is v_class. It's always the variable associated with the interaction of radio buttons. You have as much of these variables to be inserted on the last slide you have interactions button radio please never enter the variable to insert, but use the X button in the role of composition of the properties panel for the text container. Variables are case sensitive, in this way, you will avoid typos.

• Problem using the average Musegrid widget

  The problem is that the SHOW/HIDE button only appear when clicked anything happen.

• I'm doing a blank publication widget, but he keeps ignoring my changes of State for relaxation. How can I have my state changes still work for the things placed in the trigger?

  So here's what I have so far. The menu works perfectly, thanks to some Youtube tutorials. And everything is connected properly. But the only thing is that the "WORK" button does not change of State which is set up for this. I tried to apply the change of State before I placed it in the trigger area and after. Doesn't seem to do the job.

  Objective status change is essentially the 'WORK' text will turn white and white space in the run will teal'c also turn teal'c. Thus, the colors will be reversed. I have a link next to it, "ABOUT", which is currently successfully. I suppose that if it is not possible then I'll have to find another design... but I would like to know if there is a way to do it!

  I made an interactive broadcast on indesign, with the idea of publishing online via the new feature. But every time I try to use it I get a prompt message telling me to log in the creative cloud - even if I'm already connected. Any suggestions?

  But you close the session and connect the creative cloud desktop application (found in the menu bar on a Mac or the taskbar in Windows). Click on the "gear" icon > Preferences > General > Sign Out.  Not the log and log in to InDesign CC (help > Sign Out).

• Can not get the States of relaxation for work in the widget of blank publication of Muse

  I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I cannot get States to trigger (thumbnail) to work in the blank publication. That's what I do:

  I click on one of the triggers (thumbnails), open the States Panel, select the Normal State and fill the tile bearing the image of the . Then I select the rollover State and reduce the opacity to 50% or make any other changes to this State. I see [in the States Panel, in design mode] now in the States Panel which show both normal and Active image with an opacity of 100% and turnover and the mouse down show with an opacity of 50%. BUT when I preview the page in the browser, move the pointer of the mouse on the trigger does not change state of the thumbnail. It does not raise the change of the target, but the thumbnail itself doesn't change States. The idea is that when I mouse over the thumbnail, an image appears in the target box. But I also want the thumbnail to change status while in the rollover State. I have attached a screenshot of the Options Panel in case it helps.

  Any help with this will be greatly appreciated!

  Depending on your options settings of Composition, changing the active State to the same settings as your rollover State. When you hover over the trigger will change and show the target.

• How to make a widget of blank publication in a slide show?

  How can I make a blank publication widget show all 3 thumbnails with 3 photos different targets? I read someone's online tutorial that says: I should trigger 1-click, and then click on the target 1 & add image 1 (via the "Fill" menu). Then, I was to repeat these steps for the pictures 2 & 3. But the result is a gray for photos of target 1 & 2 zone & the correct image to target 3.  Please note: I intentionally not use the slideshow widget because I want my thumb nails to points & of no small versions of images.  Help, please. I can't find any tutorials on how to build a widget a blank publication.  Thank you in advance.  Also if anyone knows a video that explains how to manipulate the Adobe blank compostion widget, please let me know.

  You can place a widget of blank publication, then click on Tigger 1, click inside of the objective 1 and--> files--> place in the image menu and adjust its dimensions, you can repeat the same steps for the relaxation, 2 and 3

• Fact using the easy search limit of the new widget recommended?

  I use muse to create my website, which has not yet been released.  To dsplay a large amount of information in a big way, I used the recommended news widget.  I am likely to decrease the searcability of this information after posting this way?

  I feel a little compromised because I can't add anchors to each of the headers of news, I can only link to the first page.

  The only other way I can see to display the information in a similar way is to create a long page with anchors in the section headers.  It look good but nowhere near as beautiful as when displayed in the widget.  It will increase my search options of viewing it in this way, rather than in the widget?

  Any help would be great.

  Clear salvation,

  Muse generates the appropriate HTML code for all content that you place inside a News widget featured (both in the relaxation and the target). So the content is as available as any other content on the page. The content is just shown or hidden based on the interaction of the user and not really added dynamically using JavaScript. So it does not interfere with the content of your pages search facility in this context. It should be as good as placing all the content on a long page. If you use tools/services online to check/scan research opportunities contained, you can compare the results of two versions for clarity.

• Help with the status button widget – I want the button to be transparent, but not the text!

  Basically I have a few images which passed hovered, I you want to lighten and text to appear (it's for a portfolio, so I want the title of the project and a very brief description appear when each image is hovered over). To do this, I had to use the status button widget and set its real part of white button, opacity of 50%, while the image lightens when hovered over. However when I do this the text reduced to an opacity of 50%, but when I select the bit of the text itself, he always says 100% opacity. I need the text to be 100% opacity and non-transparent so it can be easily read.

  Looks like you apply opacity to all button instead of simply filling. When you set the opacity? You should be setting the opacity of the background of the button by using the opacity of fill not the opacity of the effects...

  

• My html table does not appear on the 2nd tab on the Panel (muse widget)

  The same table works fine on the first tab, however when I try to click on the second table in the page mode or overview of the browser on browser, my table is not displayed. Tips to solve this problem?

  If I get this right, you use the tabbed panel widget to display an HTML table in each of the tabs. If this is the case, please make sure that you insert the HTML content on each content area of the tab respectively. To check this, switch between tabs in design mode to check your content.

  Sorry for my late reply, was too busy yesterday.

  I checked out, and when you choose a picture in the properties of the Widget, you must use the preview area to drag the image on the top of the key and finally to resize it so that it covers the default button. When posting, please remember to put the image in the same folder as the SWF file published. Here's an example: I point to an image and rescaled the area with the small image icon so that the original button is completely covered. Of course, be sure to not have transparency in your image.

  

  I forgot to say that you won't see the image after the publication, not in preview...

• Using the Lightbox Widget, I can't (next) and buttons (Prev) appears in broswers except IE

  I'm using Lighbox Gallery Widget for my site and when I click the lightbox images, I can't get the (next) and the button (previous) appears in all of the following broswers... (Chrome, Opera, Foxfire), but they appear in Internet Explorer. Also the (close) button appears in each browser, so it's really shake me up. Here is a link to my page where I'm having the problem.   I found the next key here images/lightbox/lightbox-btn-next.gif which is not what you have in the constructor - Thumbnail Widget Files/images/lightbox/lightbox-btn-next.gif
