  I've set up an Ubuntu guest on a Windows 7 host machine, and I'm very happy with it. However, I have a problem:

  When I switch to VMWare Workstation by using the keyboard (Alt - Tab), I can not immediately entered anything in the comments via the keyboard. I always first click in the window.

  To make it more clear: what I do when I use a different program on the Windows host:

  1 alt - Tab for VMWare Workstation

  2. click in the window workstation

  3. use the keyboard to interact with comments

  What I want to do:

  1 alt - Tab for VMWare Workstation

  2 use the keyboard to interact with comments

  How can I make that happen? I would also welcome to use the keyboard, for example, press ENTER to be bale to use comments.

  Ahh, I think that I figured it by myself:

  There is a menu entry "Keyboard Grab", that is mapped to Ctrl-G.

  So I have to do the following:

  1 alt - Tab for VMWare Workstation

  2. press on Ctrl-G

  3. use the keyboard to interact with comments

• I can't use my keyboard for a long time in CS4 - very strange

  I have 2 computers and when I try to use the keyboard for shortcuts on my second computer, some weird dialogue with Chinese characters appears shortly after I start using the keyboard and I can't use the keyboard for shortcuts after this point, never.   Things you want to try:

  O examine your keyboard for any accumulation of dust, dirt, liquids or other particles that could be causing the keys to type characters.

  Ø Disengagethe (FN) key on the keyboard, make sure that the led of the button turns off.

  O check if your number lock (NumLock) key is enabled. If so, the key to disengage.

  O confirm that your keyboard is set to the English language.

  1. open regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking clock, language, and region, and then clicking regional and Language Options.

  2. click on the keyboards and languages tab and then click on change keyboards.

  Make sure that the keyboard is set to the English language.

  If the problem persists, contact DELL for assistance.

  recently, I discovered how to create a slideshow using the keys on the keyboard for the market front and rear in flash professional CS5 thanks entirely to kglad of this forum. I used still images for each slide, since, then with one of the slides, I added a slight undulation of water in one of the images in a separate document. is it possible to include this file in my slideshow now?

  If so, just copy images from this fla and paste into a new movieclip in your fla slideshow.  Add this movieclip to your timeline.

  Have you tried restarting the computer?

  It is possible that you have activated the keyboard by chance to one who does not work in Firefox.

  Windows remembers the setting by application keyboard layout and you have probably changed the keyboard by accident via a keyboard shortcut.

  • Make sure you have the language bar visible on the Windows taskbar
  • You can do this via the context menu of the taskbar: toolbars > language bar
  • Check the language setting (keyboard) keyboard for the application that has focus via the icon in the language bar
  • You need to do that while Firefox has focus because Windows remember the keyboard by application setting

  I've updated my laptop it has windows 8.1 to 10 and for a few days then my touchpad/pointer has been gel 4-5 seconds after I touch any key on the keyboard. for example. If I hit enter then I can't move the pointer for a few seconds... I can always use the left and right click while the pointer does not move.

  Everything worked perfectly until I upgraded to windows 10 and everything else outside the mouse freezing seems to work properly after the upgrade.

  Any help fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

  My iPhone (iOS 9.2.1) 6s freezes when I use the keyboard, doesn´t question in what program. After about 10-15 seconds to stop the gel, but only until I have started typing again. The only why to solve the problem is to "quick restart" operating the phone down the sleep and home button and release the home button when the screen goes back to the home screen. I ve already searched the net and tried several solutions, without any effect:

  Disable iCloud for documents

  Disable third party including the emoji keyboard keyboards

  My best guess is that the problem has something to do with the timing of RAM or iCloud phones somehow...

  I don't think that Spider had functional changes between Windows Vista and Windows 7.  The arrow keys and enter still work here.

  I have a folder of photos that I opened to see several thumbnails. I can left click on a picture and it will open full screen. Then I left click on this image and the next should show but nothing happens. I can use the keyboard arrows to move to the next photo, but I can't use the mouse. The left click works for everything I use it for. I've used regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll and he said DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in shimgvw.dll succeeded. This does not solve the problem. This isn't a big deal, it just bugs _ on me because I'm a perfectionist. Thank you for your response and any other help would be appreciated.

  I tried several restarts too.  I had put a password of account on account use controls and can connect once to turn them off.  When the computer reboots, I can't use the keyboard to open a session and I can't even see a keyboard in the Device Manager.
