  Is the CD you have an XP bootable installation CD authentic or some kind of restore CD provided with your system (they are not the same thing).  If it's a CD of Windows, this Service Pack is on the CD?

  Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

  If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

  What is your Service Pack installed?  If you are not sure, do the following:

  Click Start, run and enter in the box:

  Msinfo32

  Click on OK and when the system info summary appears, click on Edition, select all, copy, and then paste the results here.

  There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and what appears to be personal information for you, simply delete the personal information of the pasted information.

  When you see a message like this:

  I hope that you are curious to know what is the file and when you know that, you can decide what to do about it.

  You must click Cancel, and then click Yes to keep the file, then you will have an event to watch which will tell you what the problem is the file.

  Search where you sign in to see what is the name of file system Viewer, then decide what to do.

  The event will look something like in this example:

  A shortcut to the event viewer is to click on start, run and enter in the box:

  Check your event observer system log and look for a proposed Windows file protection event.

  If you double-click on an event, it will open a window of properties with more information.  On the right are black up and down arrow keys to scroll through the open events. The third button that looks like two overlapping pages is used to copy the details of the event in your Windows Clipboard.

  When you find an interesting event that occurred at the time of your question, click on the third button at the top and arrows to copy the details and then you can paste the details (right click, paste or CTRL-V) the text in detail here for analysis.  Remove all personal information from your information after you paste If you are forced to do so.

I think it happened because of an update which took place about 2 days ago cause that is when it started, but I've tried all t0 get rid of it. I tried to disable using "regedit" in the run screen and it did not help... I need help with fixing this.   Thanks to all who tried to help, it means a lot!  I have no idea what happens but I tried to run a complete scan with antivirus program McAfee I was BTW it was free because of the internet service gave to me to be a customer with them, (I guess they have an ongoing case) not much of a cause I had nothing else problems with McAfee all for about 5 years and they are so much better programs out there (to new my opinion) but on with my story so whenever I tried to run a full scan or fast he rode every time error cannot start scan try again and so on, so I called them and they could not understand what the problem was and finally reinstalled but it doesn't work and of course they wanted me to buy a version... So I said forget it and went with one of the best Antivirus out there (my opinion only) programs free and it scanned and found some articles ad and he never came back! So I'm lucky so far and happy! Once again thanks to Jose @ and @ John for help and getting back to me, that shows the high level of awareness and dedication... So thank you to you two! I have no idea of what the problem was I think that he had with the Ad-ware and anti virus program does not properly and somehow obtained a "bug" If you want to.   IM new with OFA and Im working with Jdeveloper, I create a form to store information using a VO and EO and add information to the current line using the attribute set of function, I noticed that when I lunch the update in the jdevelopher data is OK in the comic book, but when I install the development in the DEV environment the data stored using java code does not the table, only data that are related by the object as text fields and others.

  Just check if you bounced the server after you deploy the code. Objects Java would not reflect the changes, unless the instance is bounced.

  How do you know if there are any updates available for the Toshiba drivers and utilities provided with my Satellite Pro M70 (PSM75), the Date of Production - January 27, 2006, and which are in the folder Toolscd (C:\ ToolsCD) on my laptop?

  I checked the list of available downloads on the download page of the site of Toshiba UK ([http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=UK]), for the satellite Pro M70 (PSM75) and compared the version numbers of downloads, against the same drivers & Utilities version numbers in the file Toolscd (C:\) ToolsCD) on my laptop (IE in the XML TVersion files), and they are exactly the same, even for 16 drivers and utilities with a "Date last modified" on January 17, 2006 or newer (with new - August 1, 2008)

  The only real update which seems to be offered as a download, is the update of the BIOS v1.50 - WIN (in the BIOS downloads), with a 'last modified Date' of August 7, 2007, for which there is no equivalent in the Toolscd folder.

  I don't think that there is any tool, which continues to tell you that there are new updates available. For Windows, it is clear, that you can use the Windows Update feature. It has some function implemented tools can look for hardware drivers too.
  But for the rest, just keep on visiting the above mentioned page from time to time.

  In any case, if your computer works fine, you will not need any update.

  A few months ago, I purchased a Qosmio X 770-107. We found a "Authentiek Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit (voorgeïnstalleerd, Toshiba-HDD herstel)" and "WinDVD® BD for Toshiba" to play Blue-ray disks. In order to use "Windows 7 64 bit Pro full" I bought a second drive (SSD) so I could install Windows 7 Pro version and downloaded all the drivers from the Web from Toshiba website. So far everything has worked perfectly.

  But... The software + key to install to install the WinDVD® BD for Toshiba, which was automatically installed during the first installation (recovery discs), is missing and I can't watch Blu-ray discs on my second drive. Now I have to change discs every time I want to watch "a film about Blue-ray disc!
  Anyone know where I can find the missing software distribution + installation key for "WinDVD® BD for Toshiba?

  As you can see the original Toshiba recovery image contains additional software as WinDVD BD drive.
  This software is for use with the recovery image only and can not be used if you are using clean install of the OS. Player preinstalled (unlimited version) is somehow gift on visitors to Toshiba laptop that allows the use of the entire laptop.

  If you use own OS, you must also use additional software.
  Many people here think with my money I paid for it and all the pre-installed software belongs to me. It is not the case.

  Install the image original recovery on the new HARD drive and everything will be OK. Before you Exchange disk create recovery DVDs using the preinstalled Toshiba Recovery Disk Creator.

  Is there a bluetooth for Toshiba Bluetooth Stack command line utility, which can be used to discover bluetooth devices? Our application needs such a command line utility to enable the detection of using Toshiba Bluetooth Stack bluetooth device.

  We looked at a few line utilities Bluetooth command line tools, which all work fine with Microsoft Bluetooth Stack and control including BluetoothView. However, they did not work with Toshiba Bluetooth Stack.

  We would be very grateful if someone could share experiences or throw us some lights on it.
