  When you're you going to get out of the documentation for the file config.xml... all that right with a graphical interface for us in the web plugin eclipse...

  I don't expect the same for the playbook, but really I don't know what should be the content of this file... No documentation would be not good (or if someone could tell me that would be great).

  We have created this file config.xml for the Android build, however, when we try to download and test it on devices, it crashes after opening.

  I guess the config.xml document can contain errors, the cause.

  The tag is not a valid tag in the config.xml file. This is probably why you see the same tag in two, as the build service is ignorant.

I can click on mailto links in IE and it loads Eudora 7.1.0.9 very well fill out the to and if the link has it, the message as well. Worked well in previous versions of Firefox. In Firefox 4, mailto links do nothing. I went to control panel and set the default settings of the internet program. Eudora has mailto and send mail.   Looks like mailto content type is not the problem. A friend who has Windows 7 64-bit, Firefox 4 and the same (last) version of Eudora edition has the same problem. However, it has the mailto content type and it is set to Eudora. However, clicking on mailto links don't do anything in Firefox 4, but fine work in IE 9.

  Are you talking about trying to add your office at approved locations of Flash Player? If so, you use the tab 'Advanced' in the local settings manager to designate the folders and files as being approved. (Full path is advanced-> Developer Tools-> trusted location settings). • Understanding config.xml in webworks 2.0

  So, as I see it now, in a newly created project, the config.xml file is located in the www / directory.  When you use the GUI webworks, whenever save us a few changes to the configuration, the config.xml file is overwritten.  I guess so, here it is recommended to do not forget to set up once and then do it manually then... Since things like the permission list, icons, permissions are not able to be defined in this screen (yet).

  The thing is, I don't want to add a new platform to the project, then all the BB10 stuff would be included with the other platform.  Conversely, other configurations of platforms would also get was integrated BB10.  Is that going to be a problem?  I understand the concepts here?

  I think that much of this is related in Cordoba under the covers, but I thought that I ask here before going to the phonegap community.

  Hi Dan. essentially, you're right how it works. To provide specific elements of the platform, you must work with the top-level folder merges.  Please, see the documentation for Cordova and take a close look at the botom to the section "Using merged to customize each platform:

  At the present time, it is really more than one feature to hinder rather than a merger, but if you need to cross-platform development and want to put stuff in specific BB, put all the generic information in the main file config.xml, then copy that into platform merges files and then adjust if necessary.

  I searched the support of oracle in this regard. In one mentioned to modify the config.XML and add either encrypted or clear text.

  I don't know how to change the file and that all entries have to be changed. I enclose the config file. Could you please suggest me.

  What doc id you are referring to? If you need to replace the password encrypted with password plain text in the config.xml file, just edit it with a text editor and replace the values starting with {ESA}.
