Validation prior to submitting the data to the web service

HI guys,.

I need your help because I use Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.2 in desiging an electronic form in offline mode, which takes the user data and insert it into a database using a WSDL for the web service on the server. I now had the button on which to run the web service method parameters are related to certain fields, but I need to validate these field at the time of the application?

So I tried to write the validation script in the handler preExec, but if this right I need to know how to cancel the preExec execute event?

And if it's not just please help me otherwise

To cancel the event (submit it in this case), you would use xfa.event.cancelAction = true;

This was added in version 8, I believe so if you are using a Reader/Acrobat earlier that this will not work.

You could have your hidden real submit button and expose a normal button to the user for the presentation. This would allow you to write code on the normal button to check your postings and if they work out then you would hit the Send button programmatically:

buttonName.execEvent ("click")

Data custom provider to invoke the Web Service
Hello!

When an order is created in OSM we invoke a Web service from the drive section rule of data via a data Instance in the component of the system of recognition of orders. In this way, we could produce a plan of orchestration that evaluates the information returned by the Web service.

If anyone could tell me where to find the class that implements the data provider, I would be grateful if you could help me, because I have concerns on how to implement the method that I outlined in the javadocs and make the call to a web service.

In your example, the $reuso contains the response to the web service operation, you call. $reuso will be the element to response document root (for example, the item: soap envelope). Yes, $reuso / soap: Body will be the body, etc. Note that you declare all your namespaces in xquery, you need to reference to navigate in your response to your element of document. Note that the element don't have a namespace, so this will make it a little more difficult navigation - better if possible to ensure that this item also has a name space as well.

As for the source of your error, I suspect it's because you're trying to put all the contents of the soap envelope: in the ReusoInfraestructura element. Unless ReusoInfraestructura is a type of OSM XML component, OSM validation will fail because it does not meet the requirements of this type (only XML elements may themselves contain elements). Is there more information in the about the error stack trace?

However after compiling the MyDataType.java before running the jwsc task, I was successfully able to build the service.

VIX file in the user interface designer receives the data from the Web service application that communicates with the SQL server database

I created the Web service VI ("Mt-insolacije.vi"), which has two terminals of the input string (FROM / TO) for the dates of arrival and exit of two data terminals (table 1 d) from database (MS SQL server). This VI communicates with the database with functions of the database with a DSN and SQL query appropriate palette. There are two tables with two data (time and Insolation) columns in the database.

This VI works when you run in Labview 2010, but when I used it as VI in UI Builder it returns no data.

Could you please help me find a solution. Is it possible to communicate with the SQL server database in this way or there is another way?

I found the solution problem is in the DSN. I've been using the user instead of DSN system DSN.

It's important to create the system DSN if you want your VI of web service to communicate with the database.

PS Please put feature bundle format timestamp and XY graph in the web user interface designer. It's complicated to trace data with datetime on X axis without them.

There is no difference between calling a web service to write data, against the appellant for reading data. SOAP is SOAP. He cares not.

We are looking to automate the loading data of an EPM - HFM Application accounts.
We wre able to charge through the front-end server. About Automation, we were able to configure GOSA strategies for the web service, create the native user in console weblogic and import and use the public key of client web service proxy.
The URL of the wsdl file that we ask is http://192.168.50.21:7363 / oracle-EMP-fm-Web services/ActionsService? wsdl
The method we are trying to call is iActionsService.loadData ("clustername", "name the Application", "E:\\testpad\\Hyperion\\data\\DATA.txt", null, ",", DataLoadMode.MERGE, false, false);
The errors below are found in the file log immediately after the race. Please help us find what needs to be done in the setting of these errors. Are we sending the right params to the web service?

Problems to change my url endpoint data control for Web Service design time vs deploy times. Where is the url of time to deploy the "deployment configuration" stored?

Using this link as a reference, I created a data control Web Service, and when I deploy via JDeveloper for different environments I can change my point of endpoint accordingly on this screen:
However when I change my point of termination at the design time, the changes do not appear in the screen "Configuration of the deployment. This would not normally be a problem, but our automated deployment (maven/ant) seems to keep picking up the url "Deployment Configuration" instead of what we change in the DataControl.dcx. So I have a few questions:
1. Why is there a difference between what we have in the source code and what is shown on this ""Deployment Configuration "screen for manual deployment of JDeveloper? "
2. where is this "Deployment Configuration" end point url located? I can change it during an automated deployment as I can on a manual deployment?
3. What is the best practice to change a url endpoint to the Web Service data control with during an automated deployment?

It turns out that the connections.xml had the url of the endpoint that the profile of the deployment and jdeveloper was referencing at deployment time.

In order to get our automated generation work, we use a search and replace of Ant utility to change endpoint in this connections.xml before construction/deployment of the application.

ADF Mobile Page with the data control of Web Service not showing latest results

I developed a simple mobile application of ADF. It has two functions members and subscriptions. These two pages are part of my Taskflow. On the members page I show all members in a list by using the Web Service method data Find command. In the list item have a listener property Set where I'm storing MemberId in a variable of pageFlowScope for action. On the subscription page, I have a bar graph that gets the data with the help of a Find method in control of data to the Web Service. The find method is based on a view created criteria which has a member ID of input parameter. in the model of ADFBC project. I connected the variable using the AMX page binding. The variable is being levied on the pageFlowScope variable.
The page displays the chart first to a member. And shows the same graph for the other members. I printed the memberId variable and it shows the value of the respective members. But the cards are not get updated every time I select new Member.
I use JDeveloper 11.1.2.4.0.
Any suggestions?

Go to the Connections tab, and then click the Green plus sign on the central section - you need to add a 'invokeAction. Give it a name, and then select the iterator that built the table, and that's all you should have to do. The invokeAction fires whenever you visit the page and should update the list.

Data control for the Web Service based filter table adf only appear not

I have a SOAP web service I'm consumption as a web service data control.
When I use one of the results of the web service through data to the web service in the form of a table control in the user interface with the filter and sort, I don't see the filters on the top of the table.
It comes to JDeveloper version 11.1.1.7.
Please let me know if anyone has an idea on this issue.

You need connect your own logic on the filtering table.

The table doesn't actually do the filter - it does, is the data control to filter the info - for a Web service we do not know how it will actually make a sort-, so you'll need to add a filterListener on the table and call a WS that will be returned the filtered data method.

Error in creation of Control (SOAP) data to the Web Service in the ADF Mobile app

Hi, I tried to create a Control (SOAP) Web Service data in a Mobile application of ADF in JDeveloper 11.1.2.4.0 under Mac OS X 10.8.5
The application has been newly created (no features) and I tried to create a Web Service data control directly.
In the 'Create Web Service data-> step 1 control', when I entered the URL of the WSDL and left the text box, the window "WSDL Document for reading" came and I got an error message saying "invalid WSDL URL.
The error description is given below:
Houston-29114 ADFContext is not configured to process this exception messages. Use the code of exception stack trace and error to investigate the root cause of this exception. Root cause error code is DCA-29000. Are parameters of error message ({0 = oracle.webservices.mdds.MddsException, 1 = java.io.InterruptedIOException: connection timed out})
I have JDeveloper put 11.1.2.4.0 in place on a Windows 8 and follow the same steps with the same WSDL URL and he accepted the URL.
Can anyone help on how to fix this problem as I want to develop on Mac.

We have solved the problem by asking the dev team to provide the file for the web service's .wsdl. We copied the file in the file system on the mac and then instead of provide the URL, inviting us to the wsdl file. Who does the work on the mac.

We were able to put a URL as http://wsf.cdyne.com/WeatherWS/Weather.asmx?WSDL (a non-secure web service) and the wizard to create the Web Service data control accepted the URL on the mac. Can be to secure web services, we have the .wsdl himself file. (the web service that we were trying to access was on EBS and was a secure web service)

How can I create a query with the data control to the web service?

Cannot find the data control to the Web Service in the Menu

I try to call a web service in the ADF. To do this, I want to create a web service data command

If I understand correctly, if I right click on the template project, I see the data control from the Web Service under layer Business > Web Services. (as indicated in 2.1 Sec-http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/howtos/1013/wsadf/adfcomplexwstypes.html#WsProxyPojoControl)

However, I am not able to find this entry in there.

I tried the following things:

I tried with Jdev 10.1.3.5, 10.1.3.4 and 10.1.3.1
I tried to select all available models of technology to create applications
-Any model
-Web Application [JSF, EJB, Toplink]
-Web Application [JSF, ADF]
-Web Application [JSF, EJB
-Web Application [JSF, Struts, ADF]... .and everthing else...

I still don't see the web service proxy.

Then I opened the ADFToystore sample application, and I could see the service data Web controls here!... .that mean my jdev is not defective... something else is missing.

So, I tried to see what libraries are selected... I saw that a library named 'Web Service Data Control' are there in the project, which is not there in the model applications project that I created. So I added this library to the project, but it still does not work...
Next, I added all THE libraries I have seen in the libraries in the project properties section... still no luck

I don't know I'm missing something basic. Can someone please help.
