  Go to the following location and rename the folder in the name of old_folder

  User/user/library/Application Support and rename the Adobe folder

  User/Library/Preferences and rename the Adobe folder

  Thanks for checking out the communities Support from Apple. I understand that you are having problems with the sound in your iPad Pro not coming through your speakers and only through headphones. I use my iPad all the time to watch movies, so I can understand how it is important to have the sound working properly.

  Since you've already tried some troubleshooting to get your sound work, I want to assure you that you have tried the steps listed here:

  If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

  If you have gone through these steps, the next step to try would be to reset all the settings on your iPad. If you have already tried this step, then you can skip to the next part. To reset your settings, you go into settings > general > reset > reset all settings. This does not erase any of your data (photos, contacts, data app), but you will need to set up some default settings again as your sounds, funds of screen, Touch ID & password, Apple payroll, restrictions, iMessage, etc.. You will need to also connect to your Wi - Fi network, so make sure you have your Wi - Fi password available.

  After the reset of all parameters, you can try to backup and restore your iPad via iTunes if you are still having problems. This will let you know if there is a problem with the hardware or software.   Hello, I'm having a problem with Premiere Pro CC 2014. Whenever I try to open it, it displays an error saying that "Premiere pro can't find capable video game modules". In the start screen, when it starts to load, it stucks at loading "ImporterQuickTime.prm", and then displays the error. I tried to reinstall the program, update the drivers for my graphics card, delete the Temp files, rename folders called Adobe to OldAdobe, by installing the latest version of Quick Time, and a lot more that I don't remember. Surprisingly, first works in my old PC and when I say old, is OLD, it has only 1 GB of RAM, and it still works there. The PC in which that I am trying to open it, is much better, has 4 GB of RAM and runs almost all of the games and programs like CC Flash and Photoshop CC.
