Value UDF user not multiplication of database after creating user
Hello
We have created 120 UDF to create the profile in IOM and published the sandboxes. (UDF created in the designer in the sysadmin console, add the UDF Create User page)
The UDF do not appear in the database. But after creating user (which is a success), I don't see the UDF values we have input during the creation of the user did spread to the database. We are sure that we checked for the correct UDF in the database.
Please let me know the possible cause to this question. I checked the logs and see no error while/after creating the user.
Please help as to what causes this problem and what can be the possible solution.
OIM 11 g R2 (11.1.2.0 - BP08)
-Thank you.
Abhished,
Please do not mention the link. It is false. When you create a UDF file to create a user Page, the data component should be the component data - catalog and not the component data - user management.
Thank you

Value recording is not in the database
Dear all,
I use Jdev 12.1.3 with Oracle Database 12 c.
I created a main form and a table of detail in a .jspx page, but one of the columns in the secondary table is not saved in the database.
I support on post and when I look in the database value is null, and there is not a single line of code for this article.
<af:column sortProperty="#{bindings.AccJVTransDVO.hints.AccCode.name}" filterable="true" sortable="true" headerText="#{bindings.AccJVTransDVO.hints.AccCode.label}" id="c1"> <af:inputListOfValues id="accCodeId" popupTitle="Search and Select: #{bindings.AccJVTransDVO.hints.AccCode.label}" value="#{row.bindings.AccCode.inputValue}" model="#{row.bindings.AccCode.listOfValuesModel}" required="#{bindings.AccJVTransDVO.hints.AccCode.mandatory}" columns="#{bindings.AccJVTransDVO.hints.AccCode.displayWidth}" shortDesc="#{bindings.AccJVTransDVO.hints.AccCode.tooltip}"> <f:validator binding="#{row.bindings.AccCode.validator}"/> <af:convertNumber groupingUsed="false" pattern="#{bindings.AccJVTransDVO.hints.AccCode.format}"/> </af:inputListOfValues> </af:column>
No, there is only one difference between this column and others:
The database column is set to null, a converter is included while not for the other columns
model = ' #{bindings. " AccJVTransDVO.hints.AccCode.format}"/ >
The converter is to convert a null value.

Can not connect to BAM after installation (Turkey-weblogic)
It is maybe wrong place. But I hope someone can help.
I installed upgrading trial 1 lc 8.2 weblogic/mysql using Turkey/express mode. All the links work fine except the two links BAM. I got error 404 at the beginning. After manually config server BAM after the help documentation at the http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_lc_installWebLogic_82 (page 33), I am able to see the login page of bam workbench. Unfortunately, I'm still not able to connect using the default System/Manager account. Can anyone help?
what I've done so far:
* Set bam.properties according to the Guide provided for above Web Logi.
* Confgigured a new server in the weblogic console instance: BAMServer1
* Creates a new database in a mysql external (not mysql LC database) and create a new user with all privileges.
* Set up the data source com.celequest.metadata.metaDatasource to connect to the new database created earlier .
* Installed BAM according to the Guide provided for the logic of the Web.
* Set up the BAM username and password by default @ [home page >]
[Services > LiveCycle Process Management ES > server settings > Configuration BAM settings].
Username: System
Password: Manager
* Restarted both LC Server and the BAM Server
* OS: Windows XP
* Installation LC: weblogic turnkey
* LC Version: 8.2.1.2my data source configuration:

(someone has experienced this same problem with google group LC Developer: http://groups.google.com/group/livecycle/browse_thread/thread/5f7bf667918461de?pli=1)
Thank you!!!

Insertion of multiple values in the report (not in the database)
Hello!
I have a procedure that shows example of 50 people and for each text element three different person I access values and submit to the database. There is a check box for each line. I have a selection list of Pentecost that you choose the column and a text element where you enter the value to insert. What I want to do is insert this value just in the lines that have a selected check box. I would like to insert this value just in the report (not in the database) when I click on a button.
What do I have to use javascript? I really have no idea how to do that.
Thanks for any help!This will give you an idea on how to handle the selected lines:

I created a new account named SURI, and tried to use the password of the user account from the HR by using the VALUES clause. I was able to change the password but not able to connect SURI with HR password.

SuriIts because you have used a different username.
Oracle produces a hash based on the user name and the password, not only the password.Therefore, you can not use the hashed password of a user to log on to the account of another user.
You need to get the password hashed Suri and then connect you to suri by using the password hashed Suri (using the identified by the syntax of values)

Windows 8.1 did not create a user profile after creating a new user
I was deeply puzzled by this problem.
Just bought a MS Surface Pro 128 GB and upgraded to 8.1 Windows it works fine until I needed to create a new user. He is a user of child for my daughter with a local account only. After creating the new user account, I tried to logon. He complained "user profile Service does not have the sign in» Google it and found the solution to change the registry for the location of the profile displayed on many sites. So I launched regedit. But to my surprise, there is no entry for the new user to the profilelist title - there are only two entries: one for me (admin), and the other is for a user named "fwuser". So I couldn't use the method to rename the master for this problem.
Could someone give me a tip, which could cause this problem and how to fix it? Much appreciate it.
Hello
Have you tried this fix, please try it out and tell us:
Hope this helps, good luck :)

Display the values selected in a multiple selection prompt
Is it possible to display all the values selected from a multiple selection prompt? One who is not in a mini report with a filter = promt tabular. I need in the narrative field.
I don't have anythign to find at the moment which gives no other alternatives.Don't know why you need in the view of the narrative, but outside of what you mentioned (prompt = filter), there is no way to store multiple values in a variable to use in the same report selections. But you know that if you chose the way you mentioned, you could do this:
(1) to your "mini-report" switch to the display of explanatory text.
(2) since there is only a single column, type @1 in the narrative field.
(3) consider the maximum number of values that a user would choose 10. Then in the 'lines to display' set 10.
(4) in the line separator, put in a comma and press the SPACEBAR (this will add a space after the comma).
(5) now drag this report to the dashboard and the button report properties, select 'View', then select your narrative point of view.

Error connecting to the database after you run 10 g Forms
Hello
I use Oracle forms v10.1.2.0.2 is the operating system Windows 8 32 bit.
I get the following error (ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified) when I enter the user name, the password, and the database after running the form.
Although I can connect correctly in sqlplus. using the following command: Connect scott/xxxxxx@orcl
the service name is ORCL. I can get it through the following query (see the service_name parameter)
I checked the tnsnames.ora file and it is as follows:
tnsnames.ora # Network Configuration file: C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\network\admin\tnsnames.ora
# Generated by Oracle configuration tools.
ORCL =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = WIN-G6PM1F1OBA5)(PORT = 1521))
(CONNECT_DATA =
(SERVICE_NAME = orcl)
(SERVER = DEDICATED)
)
)
EXTPROC_CONNECTION_DATA =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS_LIST =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = CIP)(KEY = EXTPROC1))
)
(CONNECT_DATA =
(SID = PLSExtProc)
(PRESENTATION = RO)
)
)
I have the settings in the file sqlnet.ora as follows:
SQLNET. AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (NTS)
NAMES. DIRECTORY_PATH = (TNSNAMES, EZCONNECT, WIN-G6PM1F1OBA5)
and in file listener.ora as follows:
listener.ora # Network Configuration file: C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\network\admin\listener.ora
# Generated by Oracle configuration tools.
SID_LIST_LISTENER =
(SID_LIST =
(SID_DESC =
(SID_NAME = PLSExtProc)
(ORACLE_HOME = C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1)
(= Extproc PROGRAM)
)
)
LISTENER =
(DESCRIPTION_LIST =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = CIP)(KEY = EXTPROC1))
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = WIN-G6PM1F1OBA5)(PORT = 1521))
)
)
Looking forward for your help in this matter.

As already said, the combination is not taken in charge, but it's quite strange rhat you can connect to Sql * Plus, and you get the error of forms: the error is local and means that the tnsnames.ora file is not where it should be, or there are errors it contains.
You have not all errors in the installation? the forms and reports test programs work?
You have a database on this machine? Looks like that the tnsnames.ora you posted comes from a House of database, you have in Oracle Home Forms? (the absence of the latter that would explain the error you get).

To find a value that does not move to columns
Version of database 11g (11.2.0.3.0)
AIX OPERATING SYSTEM
I'm writing some SQL/PLSQL, who selects a value in a table that is not always in the same column. I need to find which column is on a table, then use this place of the column to find its value coresponding on another table.
Example:
So for a time-say 3, I want to be able to find first the rows and columns, it appears in on the TIME table and the upward gaze of the WALTZ in the same places of the column in the table VALS.CREATE TABLE TIMES (RUN_ID NUMBER(10),TIME1 NUMBER(10), TIME2 NUMBER(10), TIME3 NUMBER(10), TIME4 NUMBER(10),TIME5 NUMBER(10)); CREATE TABLE VALS (RUN_ID NUMBER(10),VAL1 NUMBER(10), VAL2 NUMBER(10), VAL3 NUMBER(10), VAL4 NUMBER(10),VAL5 NUMBER(10)); INSERT INTO TIMES VALUES (1000, 1,2,3,4,5); INSERT INTO TIMES VALUES (1001, 2,3,4,5,6); INSERT INTO TIMES VALUES (1002, 3,4,5,6,7); INSERT INTO VALS VALUES (1000, 101,102,103,104,105); INSERT INTO VALS VALUES (1001, 106,107,108,109,110); INSERT INTO VALS VALUES (1002, 111,112,113,114,115); SQL> select * from times; RUN_ID TIME1 TIME2 TIME3 TIME4 TIME5 ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- 1000 1 2 3 4 5 1001 2 3 4 5 6 1002 3 4 5 6 7 SQL> select * from vals; RUN_ID VAL1 VAL2 VAL3 VAL4 VAL5 ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- 1000 101 102 103 104 105 1001 106 107 108 109 110 1002 111 112 113 114 115
Thus, for example the time 3 above, I want to be able to return:
1000 103 RUN_ID
1001 107 RUN_ID
111 1002 RUN_ID
I got a database that stores values like that so I can't change the way the data is unfortunately inspired. Is there one clever way to do other than look at each TIME column by Union them together, then creating some dynamic sql statements to get the values of the VALS table?
This is a simplified example, but the table has 98 columns!
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!
Thanks for posting the CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements; It's very useful!
If you cannot permanently normalize the data, then you can normalize it on the fly.
Here's one way:WITH unpivoted_times AS ( SELECT run_id , col_num , t_val -- If wanted FROM times UNPIVOT ( t_val FOR col_num IN ( time1 AS 1 , time2 AS 2 , time3 AS 3 , time4 AS 4 , time5 AS 5 ) ) WHERE t_val IN (3) -- or whatever ) SELECT v.run_id , CASE t.col_num WHEN 1 THEN val1 WHEN 2 THEN val2 WHEN 3 THEN val3 WHEN 4 THEN val4 WHEN 5 THEN val5 END AS v_val FROM unpivoted_times t JOIN vals v ON v.run_id = t.run_id ;
If the same number of target may occur more than once on the same line at the time, then the above query generates multiple lines with the same run_id. For example, if we change your data a little examples:
-- Don't use this row: -- INSERT INTO TIMES VALUES (1002, 3,4,5,6,7); -- Use this row instead: INSERT INTO TIMES VALUES (1002, 3,3,3,6,7);
Leave all other sample data, as you have it posted, then the output is:
` RUN_ID V_VAL ---------- ---------- 1000 103 1001 107 1002 111 1002 112 1002 113
If you have 98 (not just 5) columns that need to be compared, then you will need to list all 98 of these columns at the time in the UNPIVOT clause and all 98 of vals in the expression BOX. Sorry; I don't see any way around that. You could write dynamic SQL statements to the parts of code for you.

I have 3 blocks and only 2 of them are related, but the third
in not linked with one of the other 2 blocks.
The first block is the main block, the second detail
block and the third is a datablock database just like the other 2.
When I press the F8 button to execute the query all values are displayed
fine on my first block 2, but on the second I added a trigger
named after change on one of my first block element with the following
Code:
Copies values quite well, but if we use the keys to go downBegin :BLOCK3.SCHOOL_ID := :BLOCK1.SCHOOL_ID; :BLOCK3.STUDENT_ID := BLOCK.STUDENT_ID; End;
I see that the values are placed on my third point block very well.
But if I use the key to go to the top, I see that the item always displays
the last record and does not move.
Can someone please help me solve this problem?change after fires when you change a value or when to run the query and fill
If you copy the value of block (student) on the change after, only fires when Fill query
When you press the key downwards and the need to block to retrieve several data execuet the post request fires change and change in block3
When you press the up button you access a record by the other, but not the fires of change after because no change.
I think you need when-new-folder-instance of programming for block students and writing the same code
Begin
: BLOCK3. SCHOOL_ID: =: BLOCK1. SCHOOL_ID;
: BLOCK3. STUDENT_ID: = BLOCK. STUDENT_ID;
End; -
How to recover a database after you add a data since the last file backup.
How to recover a database after you add a data file to a tablspace existing since the last user managed backup.
PS: I am aware that the user managed backups are not used and RMAN is used these days.At the stage of the mount: select name from v$ datafile;
The last entry indicates a file named /xxx/xxx/.../UNNAMEDXXX.dbfNow
ALTER database create datafile ' / xxx/xxx/.../UNNAMEDXXX.dbf' as 'path_where_you_want_to_add_the_datafile ';
The name of the data file must match the name that added in production
This will create a data file to the required location.
Once the file has been created, you can continue with recovery.

Hello
I have some confusion now. I would create several timesten database inside my pc to test the scenario of database multiple timesten. I'll be able to do? And how? Is it by creating several dsn that referring to the different data source locations means I create several timesten database? If this is not the way, please let me know the correct way. For the record, I want that these multiple timesten database to point to the same Oracle user in the Oracle database. Please confirm.
Thanks in advance.If you create several DSN separated (with different names of course) and make so that each of them points to a different storage location (data store attribute), then these will all of the separate databases TimesTen. Different DSN names that point to the same storage location are really just aliases for the same database TimesTen physical.
From the point of view of the configuration, it is perfectly fine to designate all these databases TT to the same backend user/database Oracle, but from the operational point of view, we must take care to ensure that you don't cause problems of data synchronization.
