Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong? I have deployed variables and the shared variable engine is running on the computer. Is there something I need to do it programmatically before you write for them?

  Hi Ian,

  Have you tried to switch to another type of data such as double to see if it works? It is possible that the DSM is unable to display a table of waveforms, so the data that appear in white.

  I am writing a program to be a 'LabView wrapper' for iperf

  I need to run iperf server and client iperf on two different machines.

  Machine: iperf Server launch and write ture to a shared variable

  B: machine customer shared reading variable iperf and launch if computer A is running iperf Server

  I've never used a shared variable before, I looked at the examples, but as usual, they work but are default and one explanation as to why or how.

  I managed to get as far as a variable to shine as a network type Boolean putting published a shared on my block diagram variable I can choose the my project server variable, very well, but the shared variable is read-only?

  How can I write to a shared variable?

  I looked everywhere for info on this without a clear understanding.
  
  When you insert a new record, I have a few fields I want default values must be stored.
  
  One is the current user which was fine - just add a MM_Username session variable in the bindings panel and then said that as the initial value for one of the fields.
  
  However, I also want a "last check" default date/time.
  
  Access the database directly MySQL with Mysqladmin, I already have a timestamp column 'CREATEDATE' with a value of default current_timestamp. Apparently, I have only one of them.
  
  Then... I want to create a variable in the bindings panel, capturing the GETDATE() value so that I can link to the field.
  
  I go about it the wrong way?

• Need help for "think to replace your battery error.

  I recently installed windows 7 on my laptop and it was working fine until I noticed an x on the battery icon and he said I should change my battery. This is new since I have been using windows 7 during about 2 months now. I know there is a problem with my battery when I have my laptop connected to the adapter, it works fine but when I unplug it it will only last about 30 minutes and then turn off when used to last about 1 and a hald to two hours. • Help with arrays

  I spend forever trying to figure out how to perform a simple action, so I hope someone can help me.

  I want to just use JavaScript to create a list of text comma separated values and then display one of the following values (depending on location). I know how to display when there is only one value in a variable - but I think that this requires a table.

  Example:

  and I want to

  I learned javascript, but is unable to adapt one of the examples to work for Captivate.

  I had an error in the script, parens instead of braces in myArray [1]:

  I am building a function that will tell me how many years a boat has been continuous. I'm having a problem with where / how to declare a variable.
  I think that my function won't work if I can fix it - if I need help so much.

• Passing variables between classes

  I think I'm doing this more difficult than it really is. I would like to pass a variable of a class to another, once a file has been loaded. Currently I have a ListLoader that querys a PHP/mySQL which returns the XML of the class. I would like to create another class that processes this XML but I don't know how he pass only after it is loaded. It's getter/setter methods, or am I missing something really simple (or something else entirely)?
  
  Here are the two classes, with that I fight.
  
  

  Because the ListLoader makes the loading and the panels there appear, the panels need to know when the XML is available. If the panels accessed the magazine to the list, they either need to keep control if their XML is loaded, or subscribe to the magazine as a listener. It is better for the charger inform services' (the signs) when to use the XML.

  As you use only the variables on a single system. There is no advantage to the use of unique process shared on Globals variables.

  Infact a global variable uses a little less processing power that a global variable as the implementation of a shared variable single-pocess effect is a global variable with the timestamp feature.
  If you use a shared variable single process, if you don't need the timestamp feature, then disable it to use less processing power.
