  Buy an inexpensive wired USB mouse for less than $5 and see if it works.  As far as I'm concerned wireless mice are more trouble than they are worth.  YMMV :-)

  Try a test message with Norton shuts down completely. If it works, remove Norton and do a custom Setup, opting out e-mail Scanner when it is offered. Sometimes just turn off is not enough.

  I had my WRT54G for a few years and have my hard wired office (to the router) and 2 laptops and an ipod, wireless successfully for 2 years. Woke up this morning and nothing connects wireless, find that the router is intermittent, and when it does, it cannot establish a connection with her.
