Variable + Loop = "undefined".

Hello

I want to make that a single loop in my animation and then continue.

To do this, I added a trigger on my calendar and added this code:

But the loop is infinite because the variable resets.

How to do?

I'd do it quite differently, but hey, I like different.

in compositionReady, add:

isplaying = 1;

SYM. Play();

on the section where you want to loop:

{if(IsPlaying==1)}

SYM. Play (0);

isplaying = 0; change the value of the variable to 0 so it will not loop again.

I'm trying to get the script Wizard SQL course which was published in one of the previous posts of the forum. I can't get the script runs. I always get the error message:

Am I missing an include file? VB Script is still a bit foreign to me. There are no other files in the folder of zip that define or reference OdsValAlloc.

I use a trial version of DIADem v15.0. I realize that the script was written quite some time ago, since it was written for DIAdem 10.1 and upward and there is chance of AI that the call to OdsValAlloc is no longer supported. However, I could not find anything on the forum or Google Earth, to suggest what else can be used or what Miss me.

Maybe some background on what I'm doing:

I threw myself in the deep end with DIAdem. We have a database that contains all our results TestStand tests for all units produced in the factory. I am eager to see that DIAdem can you do to help us analyze the results of production test. I was about to start my own c# web-based application to analyze the results, but thought I'd see it that NEITHER concocted before that I re - invent the wheel.

I'm sorry, I forgot this consequence of 2015 DIAdem, dropping the support of OdsValAlloc(). I need to go back through and rework this example with GlobalDim instead.

You were hoping to use the Wizard SQL as-is, or are you wanting to learn how to make your own SQL query interface? In the latter case, I better starting points than the code behind the SQL Assistant...

Hi, I have a script that works with the .txt file and takes a number, do a little with her in the loop and should create a new file where to save the results of calculation. Now my script can open a file, see a words it contains, add a certain number of words. But I didn't know how I can send results to loop to another file or as a result. For example, loop works with the file, which have four numbers as text. Loop takes a number, second, third, but as result remember fourth result only.

Open a txt file, it cannot because the file is already open and loop takes a number to it, if I try to create a second file, applescript takes error.

It is not quite clear to me what it is you are trying to do - and your script is very specific to your needs, so it is not obvious.

Can you explain more what you're trying to do - specifically what data you have ('4 integers"?) and what you try to do with them (write them to a file)?

Can you give an example of what might be your input values (for example a list: {123 456 789, 4.321} and you want the output file to look like?)

Is it possible to rename the variable loop for I?

I do a lot of work with 2D arrays. Sometimes, it would be useful when browsing the tables for one of the index named i and the other named j. Is it possible to change the name of the variable increment other than what actually in another variable?

As already said, there is no way to change the image of the final iteration. However, you can add a description to the wire. Click with the right button on the wire, then select "Description and Tip", type the name/description you want in the box. Now you can move your mouse over the wire, and the description will appear in the context-sensitive Help window. I hope this helps.

ReferenceError: Error #1065: {ClassName} Variable is undefined
Hello

I get the following error for each of the symbols about 520 in my library when I run my FLA file in Flash CS4:

ReferenceError: Error #1065: {ClassName} Variable is not defined.

My .fla does not use a document class, or any of my classes use the same name. Any ideas on what could be the problem?
I should mention that I first uninstalled CS3 prior to installation of CS4. Looking at various other messages about errors I received in other CS4 software, I found a common solution: If you start with CS3 to uninstalled and then installed CS4, you must uninstall CS4 and reinstall.

After that, my CS3 fla don't build perfectly in CS4... no problem.

The undefined error FileDlgShow

I can't get the FileDlgShow to work. I get an error "Variable is undefined: 'FileDlgShow' every time I try to use it."

I'm using version 10.2. Here it is straight from exercise 5-1 in the Diadem Advanced course manual.

The FileDlgShow command does not part of the tiara 10.2. It has been implemented later in Version 11. You must instead use the voluminous FileNameGet command.

I know that I can display a few predefined DIAdem vairiable in DIAdem report (for example, CurrDate) using the @@Variable @.

I would like to create a user of DIAdem (from a script of DIAdem) variable to be used in DIAdem report.

(1) I created a variable in my script

Using CS5, I would like to remove all the variables that appear in a panel of document variables, so that newcomers can be put in without any error happening. But removing them causes an error of Illustrator. After inspection of the OMV, document.variables is a read-only element. Why is it a removeAll(), at all, or are there other ways to achieve this goal?

I had the same problem with other collections thrown errors with removeAll() as well, I just tried to delete all sets of data and that works fine, so not all readOnly collections I have this problem.

When you import files of type *.7d7 using the existing use, some of the proparties are not loaded correctly. I tried to fix this by creating a new use. Given that I do not have access to the file format (and I don't really want to write the plugin from scratch) I tried to use the existing plugin and then clean the proparties loaded.

Is it possible to use DataFileLoad inside the use vbs file? I get an error saying "Variable is undefined: «DataFileLoad»»

Also, I tried to use the msgbox inside the use as a way easy to debug but is became a ' permission denied: "msgbox" "error."

It is possible in a use VBScript to open an object file with the path of the data file.

Set file = OpenFile (DataFilePath)

It is possible in a use VBScript to open a store object with the path of the data file and the name of the use to use.

Set store = OpenStore (DataFilePath, DataPluginName)

It is NOT possible to make the function calls or variable reads/writes that are part of the DIAdem VBScript host (i.e. what normally run you in the SCRIPT Panel), because a series of VBScript in a VBScript use separate host that is embedded in ICU who has none of these orders or added variables. Remember that VBScript DataPlugins can also be run on a computer that has LabVIEW on it.

VBScript MsgBox and InputBox controls are also NOT allowed in a VBScript use because they would hang the DataFinder when trying to index the files of data headlessly.

Cannot use the Val function in a script use

I'm trying to convert a text string (binary number) in a number by using the Val function in a script of use but the colors of tiara the term Val in red and the script produces an error indicating "Variable is undefined:"Val"

Why is that happen? Some functions are not allowed in use scripts?

In addition, it seems impossible to use debugging in my use - if I try to add a variable to the Watch window, there never have any value even if I put a breakpoint on this line of code. Would it not possible to debug scripts use?

regarding your question on "Val" I would like to direct you to the "File.Formatter.ParseString" function which is part of the API available at DataPlugins.

CDbl and CLng do a good job in general, but they are dependent on the local configuration of the PC. 'ParseString' is so much more reliable.

My use is for the ".csv" files and works perfectly when read and load the files. But what would be really nice if I could somehow put the data in these files in their appropriate report templates and then export this report to a file '.pdf '.

So, I tried to add:

Hey Kevin,

Your VBScript use cannot be called "red" DIAdem orders The VBScript host that uses the use contains only basic functions VBScript more some specific commands to use, but none of the rest of orders DIAdem.

You need to use a VBScript DIAdem script to load the data file, load the layout and save the PDF file.

I didn't go near DIAdem for awhile and now sit here confused on something that is probably pretty simple.

In the part of my script, I want him to go through all my ways and greate another group bearing the name of the original channel... so I'll go through and perform more advanced in each group analysis. The part that is the source of the problems is to create groups in the first place.

I have something like this:

The error message is correct! There is no command ChnNameGet in tiara. You can use ChnName (CNoXGet(1, x)) to get what you want.

Scripts custom FDM HFM control (for example, perform a translate in HFM) after data FDM load via the batch Loader

Currently, we have a Microsoft Access database + VBA Scripts that use the HFM API objects to connect to the HFM application to perform the following tasks:
(1) delete the data according to a specific POV HFM
(2) load some data from a text file to the request of HFM
(3) run a Consolidation of data in HFM with 3 different POV
(4) running a data translate in HFM with a specific POV.
(5) when the process is complete, HFM send one connects e-mail to Hyperion administration team with newspapers.
We want to replace this database MS Access with FDM.
Custom script of FDM, I am able to run batch loader to load data at our request of HFM.
However, FDM, I want to connect to our HFM application to perform a consolidation (in HFM) and also a Translate (in HFM) after that the data has been loaded by the loader of FDM data.
The question I have is that I can't use the VB Scripts following FDM (this code works in MS Access)

New-VM hangs over the background task

I am writing a script to automate some vm deployment and am having some problems with a background task. If I run the code below, the new - vm command hangs and does not always complete the task. I have to manually kill the jobs to get them to stop. The next set of code below which is exactly the same thing, but not in a separate post and it works fine. I am running the script on a windows 7, Powershell 3.0, esx server 5.1, 5.5 powercli. Any ideas? I have attached two scripts below as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you ever tried adding the line Add-PSSnapin the scriptblock in the 2nd script.

Another problem could be that the script sends messages of 'warning', and these may cause crashes in tasks in the background as well.

Try to set $WarningPreference = "SilentlyContinue".
