  I don't know if this is the right place to post this question, but nothing looked remotely nearby.

  Is there a way to change the font size of the UI? I just upgraded to Acrobat X on a PC running Windows 7. My monitors are set at 1920 x 1200. With this resolution, police looks like it's 18 + points and it's like I need to come back about 4 feet. I can't imagine how they're looking for at a lower resolution. I searched for an answer and found nothing.

  Acrobat uses the Segoe UI font, to be installed in your fonts folder. I hope that is not damaged or missing.

  I could recommend a repair: help > repair Acrobat installation but I guess you have tried.

  I managed to create a pdf form using an existing pdf document.  However, the font size is too large to allow the end user to type information in the form region.  Is there a way for 1) globally and/or 2) allow the end user to change the font size if necessary to put all the information in a box without police being so big & set all form fields when generated a lot more small font size?

  If the form field is created with the 'Allow Rich Text Formatting' option, the use can pull up the 'Properties', 'Ctrl' + E tool and change the format of the text such as the police, size, super/u: script, color, etc.

  It makes a difference on a 100 dpi monitor, but if you have a portable computer the HiDpi 200 of PPI, I don't think you'll see a difference. I think that yours is 136 ppi

  CS6 was designed before the screens high-resolution laptops Windows were around.

• Type the numbers 1, 2, 9 and 0 in a website form such as when you create a new note in Evernote web, Firefox jumps to another tab or change the font size.

  In some forms of web (e.g. What strikes a new note in Evernote Web), I can't type the numbers 1, 2, 6, 9, or 0. Typing '1' or '2' jumps out to an another changes in typing "9" or "0" tab open the font size. Type '6' does nothing I can see easily.

  I use OS X 10.9.5 and Firefox 38.0.1. I think that this problem was introduced with Firefox 37, if I'm not completely sure.

  You can try 130% or even of 126%, something higher than 125%. I guess this will trigger our 150% scaling and you won't lose much on the other app scaling.

  I use Windows 7 Premium on Acer Revo 3610 HTPC connected to a screen LCD of Toshiba 32AV502RZ (720 p). I change the font settings to use the large font size (150%), which seemed to work fine for the account administrator by default, but after that I have created the accounts of additional users for the members of my family, the elements of welcome/login screen becomes really small. I can hardly read the names of the users at a distance of 3-4 meters. Is it possible to increase the size of fonts (and possibly icons) on the welcome/Login screen?   I have a monitor resolution of 3840 x 2160 and for some time, using 150% dpi, but I loved how everything went wrong because of that and my second monitor is a 1920 x 1200, so everything went really wrong about that. so I changed the dpi at 100% and used the color editor and the appearance to change the size of the icons and the font size. but some policies do not always change. When I save a file, the file name is really small

  and difficult to read. How can I change the size of the font for this without having to resort back to the ugly dpi of 150%.

• Windows 7 change randomly font size of my office between Small (100%), medium (125%) and Large (150%).

  I tried to create a customized (like 130%) font size to see if it would stick.  Every time I have restart or shut down my computer, desktop change font size again.  Recently, my computer completely freezes (frozen, all frozen pointer) and the activity led to the CPU on my laptop would show no activity whatsoever.  Then the fan would be instantly and not turn off.  This could be related to a problem with Firefox, which I am trying to determine in a separate proceeding.  But this ice could be related to my font size change randomly, since I have to cold - restart my computer after each freeze-up.

  The change if the font size could occur if the user account you are using is corrupt. You can try to create a new user account and check if that helps.

  To create a user account

  1. To open user accounts, click the Start button, select Control Panel, click user accounts and family safety, and then click user accounts.
  2. Click Manage another account.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  1. Click create a new account.
  2. Type the name that you want to assign to the user account, click an account type, and then click create an account.

• Attempt to modify a form to fill and changes in font size on its own

  Hi, on a form to fill out that I created, I don't want the font size to be automatic. I double click on the text and change the properties until the font size 6, so that when the user types in a number or whatever it is part of the area. However, he continues to change back to auto. When I click on the drop down menu to police, I cannot select anything because the drop guard scrolling, if I try to scroll to the top menu drop-down continues dating back to Time New Roman. And it happens if fast, that I can't click on a selection. I tried you select the font in the topic and do a right click on the mouse select font. I am able to choose the font that I want, but when I click on OK, the police is not displayed in size, it should be. 12 very small poster font size. Anyone know what can cause this problem and what can I do about it? Thanks for any help you can provide.

• Set different font sizes for certain parts of the text layer?

  I am a novice as AE is going, but I'm working on a script to dynamically change a project.

  The project in question has a text layer has a single string, but with variable font size (the text is a price, where the hundred part is a smaller font to the different initial values).   I want to use a script to change this text, but it is enough to assign a new text document does not retain the variable formatting - all figures are found with the same font size.

  AFAIK, there isn't a convenient way for a script to maintain several font sizes once it changes a text document.

  You can however, use sourceRectAtTime() to get the actual span of text in a text layer, positioning and three text layers to get the desired spacing is not difficult.
